Chill brother! All this shit suddenly comes up when once a reputed BM come up to reply on some disputed topic. It is all dramatic event only to disgrace the casino which this guy and the team backing him never expected to become so big.

This is just the beginning and I know it is being played by some of the BM of signature campaigns who are feeling that they might lose thier job.

His last post was on 11th July 2024 and after that he was silent after that. Even though he made no posts after that date, he was active in the forum until 20th July 2024. That account was created specifically related to his issue and after that he could have (and probably should have) at least updated before either leaving the forum or if no resolution was found, continue with his claim here.

In some ways his absence could indicate he does not have any disput with BC.Game at all.

BC representative should come and fix everything. Unfortunately, their account is only active occasionally, and sending DMs for this issue will of course take time until they read and maybe reply.
The representative should provide a proper explanation to fix the accusations. Hopefully, it won't take too long, because the situation could get pretty bad if left unanswered.
All we can do is wait for the representative to come online. We can argue that the accusations are not true, but it still needs to be addressed so it doesn't cause a commotion.

I would always understand why newbie accounts are created to make scam allegations but the onus is on those accounts to at least provide some sort of evidence either by using screenshots or transaction ids otherwise they should not really be taken seriously. It does seem that sometimes there are not allegations against BC.Game at all and then all of a sudden there are several in one go. It could be a coincidence but as long as evidence is provided to commence a dispute they should be discussed, for everything else it is very hard to take seriously.

It's been so long since a rep has been active in answering all of those scam accusations, last year they were active on it but based on the post history of their account, they have only posted twice, last month and this month. I hope that the majority of those concerns will be solved. Anyway, the accusations aren't only happening to bc.game but also to the other casinos that are reputable in the forum.

If what you say is truly correct then that’s the more reason the representative should come and tell the community what really happened - if those accounts are really making false accusations and bcgame representative fails to show us that it’s a false accusation then the community might take it as being real.

Having multiple scam accusations concerning the same thing doesn’t look good, tbh. I have known bcgame support to be very good at responding to accusations like this and resolving them and hopefully they’ll come back and fix all the issues those guys are having and if they really are here to chase clout then we’ll ignore their complaints.

It is surely not the first time to witness something like this, and i do believe some of it could be sponsored by competing companies, it happens in the mixer sector too, accounts coming up with claims that their mixed funds was not deposited into their receiving address, when indeed it was just a made-up story or the person was scammed through a cloned or phishing site.

I am not dimissing the claims of those who have certain complaints, but i would also not be surprised if some of the complaints were simply generated out of thin air.

I also wondered why a sudden series of scam accusations is being raised against the BC.GAME casino. The one thing strange about it is that the accounts putting up these accusations are all newbie accounts. Is it that the people behind the accounts are newbies or do they create accounts so that nobody would know their real account here? Most of the accusations have no facts or evidence backing them up and one of the accusations I came across stated that he could not upload proof due to the volume of the amount involved but the casino is very much aware of the volume of Ethereum which he mentioned that they would know the account if they are being asked about it.
I think the representative should be able to say something about these because it is not good for a casino that is well-known in the industry to be having such an issue at this point.

If only the representative could be available to clear the air and let the community know what transpired and the reasons behind the actions of the casino against those account holders if the claims by the accusers are true because most of the accusations have no facts or evidence to back their claims.

Actually, you don’t need to use other casino as reference as this surge of scam accusation to BC itself already happened in the past. IIRC last year is the specific time when Bc manage to overcome this same dire situation.

I think the reason why the scam accusation arises is due to the pending cases before that ignite again especially those account that ban due to potential violation of ToS. Nevertheless, Bc is known for clearing all the issue once there’s cases that needs serious attention.

Yup! They are known to clear all such concerning issues. That is why they are able to compete with other reputed online crypto casinos. I still think that there is a team behind these deliberate attacks. BC does clear all issues internally they do not need their representative here to come up and give assurance. This is what makes BC unique from all other crypto casinos.

It seems that I have even read some issues recently that even made a topic about BC here in the platform section of the gambling discussion; I just don't know if it has been resolved by their BC support. But even so, whether it's a small or big issue, they should resolve it immediately. As if the trust and support of their community will not disappear.

I think this is a coordinated report from user that has same scheme or strategy use to take advantage against the casino and now caught. This can be use as an attack since an issue like this can be viewed as casino just holding the user funds if the reader doesn’t have enough knowledge on different schemes of cheater nowadays.

3rd party intermediaries like @holydarkness is a blessing to this forum because he is always very active on dealing with this kind of issue for free. We are lucky to have a prominent user like him.

Accusations tarnished one reputation either relevant or not. BC.Game was accussed as a scammer and every activity was stopped and they came back and clear everyone scam accusation and restart everything from afresh again. And now again. It is not a nice thing to see that. When someone was an arm robber and he repented and someone accused him again of stealing, many would believed that he did it because of his past record.

They should do well to avoid second break down of the casino in the forum.

Hello, to address in general, currently [far as I know] there are four cases against BC. One, and the simplest, is related to an investigation by Pragmatic as their provider, which I'd like to think is beyond BC's control, many casinos face this from time to time and they can't prevent it from happening, nor to deny the request to investigate, so it's technically not related to BC.

The second one is a case with a rather similar nature, about a provider, though this one is rather about a "faulty" game than an investigation. I am inquiring the player of that case to give his permission for further proof to be provided as it seems there is a discrepancy between his narrative and BC's, and the easiest way will be for him to allow his betting history to be displayed and verified publicly. I think we can get to the bottom of this one rather soon.

The third one, though I still need more details as it happened just today, is about a loss-back. I am currently inquiring more about this with my contact on BC. But I think it works like rake-back, that the amount is not set on stone and extremely dependant on many factors and player's action throughout every game they played. So, I believe it's a misunderstanding. Of course, I am still confirming this with BC, and I will urge them to make an official explanation to the thread once available.

Last, and I have to admit is the serious one, is about 4 mils USD stuck on their pro vault together with other situation. I am in touch with BC's staff about this matter as well and they're currently doing internal investigation to get better acquainted with the situation surrounding the case. I'll advise us all to wait for a development for this one.

Hmm. I don't know about that, but your analysis makes sense in this context which is why we will have to see how all of this plays out. I still feel BC.Game is going kaput yet again, but time will tell.

Also, this forum definitely needs more unbiased and objective mediators like you as some of the posters above mentioned.
