I have an issue with autobets on crash on bcgame and support just told be they do not provide support for this game. Is this really the case not providing support for something labeled "bc originals"?

My issue is that when I use script it switches from auto to manual after some time (with some warnings in browser console) but the script is still running, that switch however makes all my "logs" go away and I am unable to stop the script other than force reloading the page. I have tried multiple browsers, cleared all the cache I could, diasbled all the addons etc but it still prevailes.

As per your explanation to us through PM, you apparently use a custom martingale script and not the original script we provided. As known, BC provided three ready to use automated script and gives our player the flexibility to use their own script to automate their game in pursue of giving our player a more enjoyment and rich experience in gambling with us.

To ensure this immersive gambling experience, we will always promptly take action upon report of bugs, as well as taking necessary step when the scripts we provided malfunctioned.

When it comes to a custom script by the user themselves, we have to state that the response given by our live support, although it can be worded better and we apologize for this poorly worded response, but it is already in accordance to our SOP, that we can not meddle with it as we have no control over custom script.

I understand that debugging crazy custom scripts is not something you want to do. Even though it seems to me a bit weird to not suport the stuff if you provide the means to script (the script I use is pretty much just copied original martingale script with bunch of "log.ingo" lines added so I can have some more statistics other than "you won/lost X amount"). But my issue is not really with the script itself though. The issue I have with this is that it worked for couple of months but then suddenly started to not work without me changing anything in between. The script is exactly the same as I made it somewehere in october (19th October as per my stats excel sheet) but "suddenly" the website itself is doing something strange. I would understand if I had some isues with the script and I would get periodically "script has ended" events and so on, but I am not getting those, the script is working fine and it continues to run correctly even when I am redirected back to "manual bets" page. So I am like 99.9999% sure the issue is not on my end here.

If we may suggest, you probably want to try and use the existing scipt we already provided. Our development division compiled them carefully to enhance user's experience and should work without issue with our game.

The calculation is correct, sportsbet wager contributes 50% to the total wagering requirement for the freebet bonus. Moreover, only bets with odds of 1.5 and above are considered into the calculation.

We pulled your betting log and if we may try explain to our best without violating your private data, it is correct that you wagered in total as you mentioned above. A couple of the bets though were bets with odds lower than 1.5 and they can not be counted as turnover. The rest of them are counted with 50% cap and it brought us to the same rollover number as you mentioned.

We are sorry for the confusion you experienced. But you can read more about the details of freebet requirements on this page, and please don't hesitate to reach us if some or any part of it is not clear.

So you write 10x is the wager requirement but actually it's 20x when only 50% of the wager count. You think this is normal?? On no site I ever played I saw something like this. Why would you even write 10x rollover when it's totally not true? I mean we have the proof in black and white now.
By the way, just so you understand how free bets, on any site ever, work. When you get a free bet, you place it, when you win it the money is yours, now wager/rollover or any nonsense. As i understand it, bc.game has blocked your account on the account that they found you guilty of multi-accounting..

If you are indeed guilty of this allegation, then I think it's better you forget about that account and the money in it, they will never return it back and I think you should understand that this is the policy of almost all online casinos, if they found you cheating in any way, they block your account and confiscate the funds in the account.

But however, if you are not guilty of what you are being accused of, then appeal the ban, you can do this by creating a scam accusation against bc.game, you can do this in the scam and accusations board.
Provide all the evidence proving you are not guilty as being accused, the forum DTs will look into the matter and judge it fairly.

2. I know my password and have provided BC.Game’s support team with extensive proof of ownership, including:

   - Commonly used IP address and device information. 
   - Screenshots of my deposits and wagers, including details of winning bets. 

3. Unfortunately, I’m unable to reset my password due to the typo, and I’ve been locked out of my account, which currently holds approximately $13,000. 

I’ve contacted BC.Game support multiple times via email and live chat, but I’ve received no response for over a week. I understand that their support team can be slow, but the lack of acknowledgment has been extremely frustrating and stressful.
