I used to receive occasional non-neposit bonuses in promotional.e mails from BC.game. Few months ago i unsurbscribed from zhem, but a week i surbscribed to promotional mails again. Fof somd reason I stopped to receive promo codes. Anyone has similar experience?
It's based on your activity.

IMO, the problem is not your emails subs. But your activity, the activity you're made is trigered the bonus code or at least the promotion you're reffering. If you don't receive any promotion anymore, why you not think maybe perhaps the activity you're made are not enough to trigered those bonus ?

BTW, promotion scheme could be ended by them too. Never expect promotion is always the same.

It feels like a small issue to me, probably he just doesn’t know how to block it on his end, which is why he escalated it to support. Honestly, with a quick search online using “how to,” the solution is just inches away. That said, you also can’t really blame some people. They see it differently and expect the casino to adjust on their side. After all, what’s the point of having an unsubscribe option if it doesn’t actually work the way it should.

Not all users have problems with all of their deposits or withdrawals through fiat currencies but there are problems which need to be improved by the company. I would prefer to use cryptocurrencies on online casinos for my deposits and withdrawals even on platforms that allow me doing this with fiat currencies. It's because I see more convenience with cryptocurrencies, fast, smooth and less possible problems like with fiat currencies.

I don't want to have delaying crediting to my account with deposits or processing with my withdrawals, and I always see more potential problems with fiat currencies at any platform. Cryptocurrencies can give more more privacy, even anonymity and it's better option for me.

It’s definitely illegal if gambling itself is illegal in your country. Based on what I read in one of the threads here, when you deposit fiat to BC.Game, you usually have to go through a third-party processor. That third party is the one actually handling the transaction, deciding whether it gets forwarded to BC.Game or not.

Someone pointed out something that makes sense too, in cases like this, it’s often the third-party merchant that ends up being the problem or the actual scam, not necessarily the casino itself.

When a third-party payment processor already marks a transaction as illegal, then the casino can not do anything about it, such as awarding insurance benefits. There is a potential of such risk always when gambling in limited jurisdictions. This is what’s really missing here. The question is, is it actually mandatory for them to step in and fix it? And if they don’t, can we already label the casino as a scam, even if the issue didn’t come directly from them but from a third party?

Take our case for example. BC.Game accepts fiat deposits through GCash, but we’re not sending money directly to BC.Game. Every time you deposit, the account name is different because it’s handled by a payment processor. So if GCash ends up blocking or freezing those funds, I wouldn’t automatically blame BC.Game, since the failure clearly happened on the payment processor’s side.

For me, it’s simple logic:

gambler → payment processor (success) → BC.Game
gambler → payment processor (failed) → payment processor issue

If the transaction never reaches the casino, then responsibility shouldn’t be forced on them. That’s where people need to separate an actual scam from a payment system problem.

There are issues with both fiat deposits and withdrawals, and the number of complaints is too much about this. So, BCgame team is somehow responsible for the issue here even if the issue is completely related to the payment processors. Exactly the point I was going to make, whatever is happening with the payment processors that bc.game is using to recieve funds from their customers, the casino is completely responsible because they are the ones who choose this payment processors and not the other way round, a good business management team will ensure that their clients are satisfied with their services at all times, if a partner of the business which clients have to go through is causing issues for the clients, the business have to either call the partner to order or better still terminate the partnership and look for another service to partner that they are sure will give the clients peace of mind.

you do realize your logic is kinda flawed, right? because it's more like:

gambler → bc.game → deposit → third party merchant who received the payment on behalf of bc.game → success → bc.game balance
gambler → bc.game → deposit → scam third party merchant or bank account getting frozen for gambling → fail → gambler money gone

the responsibility for this mess is on bc.game and the third party merchant they choose to work with, knowing that gambling is banned in india and all the problems that come with that.

i had the exact same thing happen to me back in 2024. after claiming the bonus code and finishing the wager, when i tried to withdraw i was asked for KYC.
live support was useless (back when they used to reply), but after i contacted bc.game on the forum, they fixed it and i was able to withdraw, but that was when they used to be good.
