All their users must have experienced the same thing as you, maybe about two weeks ago I got 2x in a short time but that was after several months of never getting their bonus code. So it seems like they're sent randomly, no one knows when BC.Game will send them, as the casino probably knows best. But don't forget to keep checking your email, and I only unsubscribe from promotional emails from casinos when I'm no longer playing there. The email addres that is registered on bc.game is my main address so there is no danger of missing the promotions when (if) they start comming. Just hope that they will not be recognized as spam... Its funny thing that on some other casinos when I try to unsubscribe from promotions they still keep comming anyway.

Contact the support to verify your account status regarding promotional email subscription. I remember those bonus in the past which is given to inactive users, maybe the criteria for receiving those bonus was terminated the moment you click the unsubscribe on the promotion. It might need to take sometime again to received those promotion. Your unprofessional behaviour made us disappointed; either you should suspend Indian fiat payments or solve these issues. I support this movement since I want the best for Bc in the forum. They should just suspend the fiat deposit until they resolve the banking issue. Some victim intentionally deposit even with still pending transaction in the past for unknown reason.

I just wanted to make abstinence from casinos and at that time I unsubscribed from every casino I registered. I didn't know it was so rare situation, because I regularly unsubscribe from newsletters to keep my email inbox relatively clean, but somtimes I re-subscribe to ame newsletters.
In newsletters is common and whenever you go back to them in continuing receiving your mortification you will always be getting it because is only news and update they're giving but when it comes to casino is different so unsubscribing it could mean that whenever you return back you are going to be treating as a first timer even if is something you have been getting for years, so actually that's how I assume they might have done it to cause the reason why you have not receive those mortification again. If I'm subscribed to any casino I like I don't unsubscribe myself again except I will not come back on the casino again.

It's based on your activity. IMO, the problem is not your emails subs. But your activity, the activity you're made is trigered the bonus code or at least the promotion you're reffering. If you don't receive any promotion anymore, why you not think maybe perhaps the activity you're made are not enough to trigered those bonus ? BTW, promotion scheme could be ended by them too. Never expect promotion is always the same.

That might be a problem in that country, but in our case it’s different. Here, I’ve never had any issue with fiat payments on BC.Game, not even once. I’m actively gambling, playing slots and doing sports betting, and everything’s been smooth. There are some limits sometimes on daily withdrawals, but I’m fine with that. I think fiat is just more regulated compared to crypto, so those restrictions are understandable. At the end of the day, we still have the option to use crypto if we want fewer hassles.

Do you mean the issue is that they can’t comply with KYC because gambling is illegal in their country, is that what you’re saying? If that’s the case, then that’s really the risk of continuing to gamble while knowing it’s illegal where you live. In that situation, casinos don’t really have a choice. They have to implement the mandates given by their regulators, otherwise they’re the ones who will face the consequences. Allowing exceptions would mean they’re not following regulatory orders, and that puts their license at risk.

Ouh means not all fiat deposits/withdrawals have problems, because I myself am a little afraid of depositing into casinos using fiat, the reason is that it will be considered an illegal transaction by my country or my own bank account, so I always avoid fiat deposits.
