Farming inclusions ("you include me -> I include you") doesn't seem like DT1-worthy behavior - and to be fair they did earn quite a few exclusions - but there are still users who include them and the vast majority of DT1 members don't appear to care. Ok, -99 is probably unattainable but -50 should be a no-brainer.

The most active default trust members are either scammers or directly and knowingly support scammers.

Red tags are used to punish whistleblowers.
Red tag mutual removal trading is used between proven scammers to obtain clean trust sheets
Flags based upon undeniable scamming are prevented by the same scammers and their friends that have DT positions self awarded and appointed by the merits they share.

Having only just realized how tiny the readership is here now at times only 200 members online I think matters a lot less than previously assumed.

Well, my guess is that no one wants to be in the middle of drama or less users have time to check everything. Vispilio is off DT1 (source https://bpip.org/r/dt1changes.aspx):

However gospodin did remove all (or many) of his inclusions, which is what caused Vispilio to drop out.
