Well, first of all, it's a fully regulated security token offering. And my favourite part of this project is probably that you'd get an easy source of passive income just by holding the tokens.

Where are you going to set your coin mining facility? Is it in US or some where else? Equipments are already ordered?

I remember the admin on Telegram group said that if you raised more than 15 million dollar you will move to United Arab Emirates. Otherwise you will be in Iceland. Is this right?

The electricity rate would halve if we took a minimum of a 15MW farm there not $15m? All options will be evaluated for the best possible outcome for everyone, but I reiterate Iceland is our preference, intertwined with an opportunity put on our lap today to purchase an already operational farm

I think there might be some great advantages there in Dubai. I am hearing this not for the first time for mining projects. Definitely something is there beyond electricity charges. It could be taxes?

Pre-Sale ends Midnight tonight GMT London 29/03/2019, with the Main Sale starting on the 1/04/2019.

Key Highlights are:

• Full Transparency
  All expense and revenue information will be published each month for review by any token holders to ensure full transparency of the total managed mining service
• Preference Shares
  Each ST-20 token equates to 1 preferential share of our investment vehicle MinedBlock Holding Limited
• Expansion
  We will use 10% of the revenue each month to expand the mining facilities. On a quarterly basis 5% of mining revenue for the period will be used to buy back tokens from the circulating supply to be destroyed. This activity will continue until the supply is reduced by 50%
• Revenue Distribution
  75% of mining revenue will be distributed to our token holders relative to the number of tokens held (i.e. if you hold 1%% of all circulating tokens, you will get 1% of the distributed revenue)

Videos are a good idea. People tend to prefer watching a short video than reading a complete whitepaper. But I'd suggest to keep the general explanation of POW and POS very short and mainly focus on the parts that have to do with your project.

Videos are a good idea. People tend to prefer watching a short video than reading a complete whitepaper. But I'd suggest to keep the general explanation of POW and POS very short and mainly focus on the parts that have to do with your project.

It will be a short video, some of the private investors have very limited knowledge and are most like me and you in which they prefer an educational animated video rather than a worded document
