I like this Italy's team, I think Mancini is really making the most of it. Keeping Chiesa on the bench is a good strategy as well, he's most dangerous when playing against already tired defense. That goal yesterday was pure class.

I think Mancini masterclass won Italy the game, those changes were well-timed at the right moment of the game, they needed someone to cause troubles on the right flank and Chiesa was all thy needed to break the deadlock. Kudos to Austria they gave us an entertaining game I never expected such from them, they could've caused one if the worse upset last night of not for the cancelled goal.

I know pretty well that people who love Ronaldo will want Portugal to go through, but imo, I don't think Portugal stands a chance against this Belgium side today, I'm afraid the defending champions will be knocked out, except of course if an upset happens, Portugal haven't really been good in the tournament thus far, and I know it was in this same manner they became champions in the last Euro tournament, but I seriously doubt the same will be repeated. Belgium will win today and progress, I'm looking forward to seeing them in the final of the tournament depending though on the teams they meet en route.

Portugal also has lot of talent and right now they haven't been able to make impact like they usually do from their respective clubs say Fernandes or Jota or so. They have surprised sides like Germany and France by scoring first but after that they failed to keep up the advantage. Their defense is a worrying department but attack is good. It will be an interesting contest.

This is very bad news for the Croatian national team because Perisic was one of the best players in the group stage.
I hope that no new infected player will appear until tomorrow and the match with Spain, because then it would really be a big handicap for Croatia.

Perisic is one of best Croatian players in the last decade. He belongs to the group of best players with Modric, Rakitic and Mandzukic. Ante Rebic need to grow up and try more in order to achieve what Perisic has so far.

This European Football Championship is very strange because not all fans could go to some matches, it was played in half of Europe, there were several infected players, Covid measures are active and there are a lot of restrictions.

Surprisingly it was the complete opposite, Denmark totally destroyed Wales yesterday, which i did not expect, i thought wales would win and Italy had massive Problems with Austria.
