Thats nice of FanDuel to do that. Isn't thi the first in the history? I guess its fair even Dana acknowledges Holloway's win. He really make sure to have a good distance from Volkanovski but still within his striking. I don't see significant damage done to Holloway during the fight. Most of the comments seem to have said the same thing, judges just made a terribe mistake. I wouldnt expect other platforms will follow though. I have not heard about this sports book but if they refund everyone just because the judges messed up has given them the exposure and i do not think that the rest of the sports book will be refunding the money as it will create a much bigger mess in the future. With everyone crying for Max Holloway getting robbed including Dana White are we going to see a third fight immediately or they will be facing others and then return for the rematch.

The fight night event started and Jack Shores already won the fight in the second round as expected and my picks for the night are Diana Belbita, Khamzat Chimaev, Abdul Razak Alhassan, Molly McCann and Calvin Kattar.
Calvin Kattar is returning to fight this soon without much rest from his last fight is the only doubt i have whether we might see an upset as Dan Ige is a tough fighter as well and over 2.5 rounds is the best bet rather than going for the money line.

Also, Dana will give Khabib time to mourn his father. However, I speculate that he is telling his pet Conor to fight Justin Gaethje hehehe.
Hehe, that's nice one. I did not think of that. But would Conor accept Gaethje ? Is he really planning or wants to fight ? He trains all the time, but maybe just to be in shape. Something strange happens with UFC champions. Khabib fought almost a year ago, Cejudo retired, lots of controversies with Jon Jones, Adesanya showed boring fight against Romero. Looks like they want to keep belt as long as possible, avoid defences or finish career with a belt. Conor's only mission presently is to rematch Khabib. However, he can only do that if he holds the lightweight interim championship.

Here are final results from latest UFC fight night Kattar-Ige https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UFC_on_ESPN:_Kattar_vs._IgeBad day for my predictions, as Cody Stamann and Ramos both lost their fights. For main event, Calvin Kattar was dominant and better than Ige in long distance. Great fight to watch, except if you are Ige and you look your face in the mirror after the fight.

Why exactly Khabib? Conor had lost to Nate Diaz also. One can say that he won in their second fight, but their fight ended by judge decision, and it was a split decision. Judges decision is not always obvious. Some judges are independent, some have more sympathy to some particular fighters.

Whoa! UFC Fight Night 172 Dan Ige is a new fight that needs to prove himself some more in my opinion but his previous fights had won great exception why he got paired with Calvin Kattar but with the record of only 14-2-0 he needs to prove that he can beat a 21-4-0 record but I can not conclude to their records but I am going with Experience here despite the impressive feat that Dan Ige's correct winning streak, I guess Kattar can immobilize him on his winning streak.
Indeed this is not an easy fight for him, his skill will be tested here. If he could somehow win this fight in undoubtful result, then his record will improved in a nice way. But if Kattar win this fight by devastating TKO, Dan Ige will have some hard time coming back. They will need to give their all here because this fight will change the entire flow of their carreer. It is not really an easy fight for Dan Ige but he hang on until the end of the fight and we can see that Calvin Kattar's experience really paid of this time even though it is not a TKO he devastated Dan Ige the whole round and we can see how the damage have done to Ige's face. Bad day for my predictions, as Cody Stamann and Ramos both lost their fights. For main event, Calvin Kattar was dominant and better than Ige in long distance. Great fight to watch, except if you are Ige and you look your face in the mirror after the fight.
![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FGq6rKPn.jpg&t=663&c=fDydNrDhKfasXQ) I feel sorry for Dan Ige it is a one sided fight by looking at the damage on his face buttered and swelled, but again even though he lose, I truly respect him for hanging on the full fight Kattar really did a good job and we can see the huge experience really help him in this fight.

Bad day for my predictions, as Cody Stamann and Ramos both lost their fights. It was kind of bad day for me as some of my parlay included Abdul Razak Alhassan and Diana Belbita but Liana Jojua surprised me as he was able to secure an arm bar in the first round of the match and was not expecting Abdul Razak Alhassan to under perform like the way he did and first missing the weight and that too against a debutante in Mounir Lazzez who showed a lot of promise and it was a really great fight. I feel sorry for Dan Ige it is a one sided fight by looking at the damage on his face buttered and swelled, but again even though he lose, I truly respect him for hanging on the full fight Kattar really did a good job and we can see the huge experience really help him in this fight. It was a really tough fight and Dan Ige tried his best, Calvin Kattar is a really good experienced boxer and he proved that he is a tough fighter in this division which is stalked with talents and i would like to see Dan Ige move down to 135 pound division and he could be a champion in that division.

Between Figueiredo and Benavidez their first fight was controversial and we have seen that Deiveson Figueiredo won on the second round but unable to win the belt because of the missed weight of 2.5 pounds but many seeing that Figueiredo can win this fight in just the 2nd round have flipped their odds favoring on Figueiredo, and because the first fight was Deiveson bullying Joseph Benevidez I think we might see the same situation as the first fight, but that if Benevidez didn't come prepared since their first meeting. Just as expected for Calvin Kattar in winning this fight Dan Ige needs to go and start over and move down to a division and from that division gaining momentum again in going up, I also think he doesn't need to prove himself here Calvin Kattar is a more experience fighter than him and he did not lose face because of this fight.

^ You got the Figueiredo and the Benavides line wrong. Lol.
Anyway my picks for the event are Malcom Gordon at 2.19. I have no idea why he's the underdog here when Albazi took the match on short notice. And Hermansson at 1.98ish. He's been training a lot and I think a lot more than Gastelum.
I'm still thinking if I should pull the trigger on Fiziev. He could be a bad match up vs Diakiese. Dunno...

Few hours left for start of one more UFC event. Kelvin Gastelum vs Jack Hermansson is even fight if we look at bookies odds, but I expect to see interesting fight. Hermansson have reach advantage, he lost last fight against Cannonier, but won four fights before that. Gastelum lost two previous fights against Adesanya and Till, but with questionable judges score. I expect to see that temperature and conditions suits Gastelum more, and he will need to make impression on judges here ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Oops, Dan Ige damage in the left eye would cause defect on him in next match. He is a great fighter that fight in an experience way although he lost at end today, I feel sorry for him, I just imagine how the opponent hit such a heavy blow on his eye, the odds for him to win was low actually. I feel sorry for him.

rip Kelvin Gastelum ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) One more fights lost, and this time it was quick in just 78 seconds as he won with submission by heel hook submission. ^ Looks like a decent card with a good mix of veterans and upcoming fighters.
I'm not exactly a fan of Whittaker but I'm interested to see how he will bounce back after losing the belt. Former champs don't usually have a good comeback fights. Darren Till is one cocky fighter but he has the skills to back it up. Coming off a win against Gastelum after back-to-back losses against Woodley and Masvidal, he must have gotten his confidence back. I bet they'll stay true to their fighting style and slug it out and this will most likely end in a KO/TKO.

I underestimated Hermansson. Main event also finished in first round, and brazilian Deiveson Figueiredo won with rear naked choke Submission. Jack Hermansson is really unpredictable and so does Kelvin Gastelum, i was expecting this to go the distance or Gastelum dominating him on the feet like Jared Cannonier but Jack Hermansson was able to lock in the heel hook and since it was the first round he was able to get a good grip, usually fighters does have a good warm up and sweat if you are facing submission artist to get rid of these slick submissions but Kelvin Gastelum was not able to slip out of that grip and the main event showcased the power of Deiveson Figueiredo and if he can cut the weight he could be the champion for a very long time.
