it's an important game foor Olympiakos, but with many key absences of players due to the virus they know that's not gonna be their best squad out there but they will try to defend for a draw while on the other hand, Manchester City will make changes in the starting lineup try to rest their players. I think the match to be judged in details with the two opponents trying to neutralise  each other, so I will go with the few goals under then 2.5 goals.

 Maybe you remember UEFA Nations League  Norwegia case - their national team was excluded due to covid against Romania and for Austria adult team was replaced by u20. And despite this they surprisingly  tied!
So maybe Olympiakos will make such sursprise, especially City has no pressure and maybe they will not want to risk and maybe their crucial players won't play from the start?

Even though Inter is poor on the league, they have some probability left to qualify for next round and as it's a home ground for them and just a one goal down. Real madrid too is not on its best form to increase that lead. So, I see better probability for Inter to win the leg and maybe as well the overall game.

the problem in all this is that this Monchengladbach is winning the games he is playing and if he wins today they will have 8 points and the next real madrid game will be against Shakhtar Donetsk who already defeated us and remembering that Shakhtar Donetsk was able to score 3 goals in the match against real madrid. today real madrid need to win. But they are a solid and experienced CL team, who have done quite good in away games in recent times, being undefeated in their last 5 - winning at Atalanta/Real, drawing at ManCity. Quality difference isn't that huge and it's not easy to get back-to-back wins in CL. Gladbach showed some signs of weakness in their last two games and I expect them to keep on struggling tonight. They might win - Donetsk has some injury trouble as well - but +1 gives us our money back in case of something like 1-0/2-1 etc. I would have expected more like 2-ish for the germans, lets see

I know we were the favorites (Barca) and we won now and confirmed our progress to last 16, but still can't help feeling we were a bit lucky to get those goals. But hopefully now we have a bit of wiggle room to get our house in order in La Liga and Koeman rests everyone for the heavy Europe travels, time for fringe players to shine.

A lot of things have to click for clubs to come out of mediocrity and you need some luck as well I guess. Gladbach is one of the biggest clubs in Germany and they have fans all over the country like maybe only Bayern has (Dortmund got very popular nation-wide only since Kloppo took over in 2008). They always had the perfect conditions, but as in so many big clubs, there was lots of mismanagement since their glory days in the 1970's. The mastermind behind the rise of Gladbach today and establishing themselves as a top side in Bundesliga is Max Eberl though, if you ask me. He seems to have some natural talent and is very good in signing the correct coaches and players. And on top of that he is a very likeable guy

This being said, Gladbach is still lacking in a lot of areas to be considered a very good european side, so 1.50 against Shakhtar is wrong and thus the bet against them today.

Won my combo yesterday, today going for:

Inter vs Real - MY BET

Liverpool vs Atalanta, Bayern vs Salzburg and Atletico vs Lokomotiv - MY COMBO BET

Inter really needs 3 points here, they had good game during the weekend in Serie A and first matchup against Real was really close one, considering the odds I think it's rather valuable bet. When it comes to combo, yesterday betting on couple of favorites to multiply the odds brought me profits so will continue this strategy today. Liverpool even without their crucial players still looks very sharp especially at Anfield, Bayern vs Salzburg is a no brainer and Atletico today can basically secure advantage to play-offs, I suppose all 3 bets are pretty sure wins especially that every picked team is going to play on their own turf, GL!

Inter is not mature team.

I doubt Real Madrid can win today. Sergio Ramos, Karim Benzema, Federico Valverde, Odriozola, Eder Militao and Luka Jovic were absent. Even though Madrid have substitutes, I think their strength has decreased a lot. Even though in the history of the last three matches Madrid have won two and drawn one, but today it is different that Madrid have lost a lot of core players. Even though Madrid have a good record, Inter will definitely want to get a chance to qualify and first win in UCL match, as well as Real madrid they also have to win even though it's difficult. It will be an interesting match.

Gladbach is strong and Shakhtar is going to have a difficult game considering the are playin in Germany as well.
It would be a game that will be won in the midfield mostly as the Ukrainian team will need to keep the ball possession a lot in order to score a goal against the German Defense. This game is going to be a tie to my eyes as both team will be okay if they get the 1 point in this game considering that Real and Inter will be more in need for points by them.

Anyone else thinks that Salzburg might be worth a shot against Bayern tonight? I see a draw tonight not completely impossible. Sure Bayern won the first match against Salzburg 6-2 but Salzburg wasn't as bad as that result would suggest. And Bayerns last league match against Bremen showed very good that they are vulnerable atm. The fact that Kimmich is missing was very noticable. If Salzburg adapts Bremens playstyle and doesn't play as agressive as in the previous match but trys to stand stable defensively they can try get some counter attacks.

Alternatively a bet on under 4.5 or even 3.5 goals might also be an option. As I said above, I think Salzburg has learned from their 6-2 defeat and will try to improve their defensive stability rather than pressing high.

They really need a win to make qualification for the group stage possible, when Real are in danger in the CL they usually come out with a positive result. I expect them to secure 3 vital points tonight.

They will have no choice but to play a lot of defense and wait for counter-attacks, because Bayern will be super dominant with lots of ball possession like always and play like 80% of the time in Salzburgs side of the pitch. The problem for Salzburg is, that taking a defensive approach is not in their DNA, they are an attacking team and always think offensively.

I too think that Salzburg has a shot at the upset, since they are doing very well against the big teams and in general in CL away games:

Did you know that Inter are very strong at home ? even last seasons Barcelona had difficulty beating Inter at home
Madrid also has not been consistent in every match just look at the last 3 matches at UCL  1 win ,1 lose and 1 draw . I think otherwise Inter win or draw
