This is not amazing to me because I expect Barcelona to score more than 2 goals if they are in form now, possibly Benfica might qualify for round of 16 along with Bayern.

The match in the second half was a bit boring because Barcelona couldn't score again even though the ball was still in their possession but it was difficult and the single goal was not an extraordinary win for Barcelona.

I want to know now whether Benfica is able to maintain with Bayern Munich or will lose this one for sure dominates Bayern to win.

Actually, there shouldn't be much surprise tonight. ManU, Bayern, Juventus and Barca, Chealsea should win their matches and the odds are pretty clear. The only matches which are open are Lille vs. Sevilla (whereas I see Sevilla as favorite) and Young Boys Bern vs. Villareal. Here I see Villareal favored, although Bern has shown good games in recent matches.

Barcelona was very confident today and score 1-0 means only a great wasting of chances. Dynamo Kyiv didn't create any dangerous attack on Barca's goal. I think Barcelona will get 3 points in Kyiv too.

The Besiktas - Sporting game was one of the very interesting games of the night. Besiktas seemed better than Sporting before this game. But very interestingly, Sporting just obliterated Besiktas away by 4-1. And actually, Besiktas had their most important players in the game too like Pjanic. Something was really wrong with them but I wonder what it was.

And in the other game of the group, we had another interesting result. Ajax simply destroyed Dortmund by 4-0. I don't know what was wrong with Dortmund in this game either. Dortmund had Haaland too and they won their last game before coming here. Ajax are just playing really different. They are way ahead of their opponents now by their huge effort.

Dynamo Kyiv is not a very big team. Winning 1-0 against such a team is not a big achievement. Yet it is a great achievement for Barcelona now because Barcelona is in such a precarious situation. Dynamo Kyiv was not in the truck from the beginning of the match. They can't attack today. On the other hand, although Barcelona have won, their performance is still weak. Gerard Pique scored the only goal of the day and Jordi Alba assisted. They are both defenders.

I think this is due to the fact that United have a lot of fans all over the world who bet without thinking about the real state of things, plus a lot of bettors are betting just by looking at the name of the team and not its real strength. Bookmakers are forced to take into account such a conjuncture and because of this we see such distorted odds. Recently, I have seen too many such events and perhaps a little later I will create a topic to track such matches and test my theory more accurately.

Manchester United vs Atalanta match seems to be the most interesting one right now. The first half ended by the lead of Atalanta by 2-0. Manchester United were in a really big shock surely. But they started the second half very well and dominated it so far. And finally, Rashford scored and decreased the gap by one. After this early goal, I expect Manchester United to be more assertive for getting a win. If they find the second one also in a short time, they can succeed in even winning this one too.

It's an intense game indeed. For the first time, I think I see Ole trying to do the right sub and is actually getting results only that, the substitution should have come much earlier. Never Banter Ronaldo until the referree blows the final whistle, he is on the GOAT level and seldom disappoints whenever the occasion requires him to step up. Great come back, I still feel Ole is not the man to lead Manchester United to Champions League victory with Ronaldo. They still need a better coach. This is the champions League, a come back is not always possible, sometimes it is best you start winning the game from the first whistle.

MU played two completely different half's today. Outplayed by Atalanta completely in 1st and total dominance in 2nd. Ronaldo & co saves Solskjaer seat.
Benfica didn't deserved to lose 0:4. Bayern were better, but result don't fully reflect game, Benfica defended well until 1st goal.
Juve got difficult win against Zenit. Congrats for these who went with their win like me .
Young Boys - Villarreal. It was difficult to expect such big their win.
Very dull Barca performance, but win is win, that's most important thing. But it's good that Dynamo weren't able to offer anything in attack, otherwise it would be much more difficult.
