Yep. Barcelona gets difficulty in signing ideal players they are targetting and even lost Messi because of their financial crisis. Actually, they have got someone who may change Messi's role (Aguero), sadly he has a problem with his health and decide to retire soon. It is very unlucky for Barcelona, they are facing a serious problem in financial and player quality in the attacking line. But if they cannot finish in UCL zone this season, I suspect they will experience a worse problem. Some talented players in the squad may decide to leave for a better club. Also, they will earn less income because they miss UCL competition. However, I am sure Xavi won't let that situation happens. He will lead Barcelona to finish in the top 4 at least.

Aubameyang is a good option,but has lost his touch,has good pace which could be very vital against defense.
Xavi will get the team in a good shape, I am certain Barcelona will be in the first four soon.

When I know Barcelona maybe finish is when barcelona are now looking for almost finished player to come into their team, I think it is just the beginning of Barcelona downfall if it continues like this, and we may be looking at another Arsenal like story, I have never thought Barcelona problem was from the coach staff but the have a big problem amongst the board if they can let Messi go because of laliga rules, that they can sacrifice many other players then this Barcelona is head for a bigger crash.

Judging by the fact that a few months ago Barcelona refused to refinance its debt, they have some financial considerations (one can assume that they are positive). My high hopes are connected with the fact that the start of the Super League will be announced, and in this case, Barcelona will very quickly solve all its financial problems.

Impossible super league get allowed from UEFA where most hate competition, I think all club need get much money and waiting how UEFA transparent about how much money getting from advertisement and broadcast. The UEFA afraid if super league really happen and have other side advertisement will pay higher than club getting from Champion league, not only Barcelona but also all club will get much benefit if super league allowed and have allocation much money for team participants where get impact with covid 19 and they faced financial crisis.

The organizers do not need UEFA approval for the Super League to take place. The courts have already been won and now UEFA will not be able to apply sanctions to clubs and players who will participate in the Super League. This would be a violation of competition and an abuse of monopoly position. So I hope big business will take over European football (namely international club competition) and the corrupt officials from UEFA will have a smaller share of the pie.

I remember this Super League and the reception it had when they tried launch it few months ago. My last update on the case was UEFA not allowed to ban the members to compete in the Champions League. I didn't know there was a court ruling that UEFA couldn't impose other sanctions to pressure teams from joining or rejoining them.

As for Cavani's move to Barcelona, it is already so clear. After the transfer of Fernando Torres from Manchester City, the Barcelona management has already thought about the feasibility of transferring Cavani. The striker is awaiting a final response from the club and would like to stay in Europe, despite the fact that the club wants to reduce wages compared to what he receives at Manchester United. Real Madrid is still the main favorite to win La Liga this season, considering they have a squad with a lot of great players and their financial condition is much better than Sevilla.

Definitely, Real Madrid is the strong candidate for La Liga title this season. They have many top players, good financial power, and they also have an experienced coach. The coach factor is also crucial here, he has a big role to lead the team in winning every single match. I don't underestimate Sevilla coach, but Carlo Ancelotti is proven as a reputable coach who has great career history.

Maybe what they need to do is strengthen the squad

To improve their players' quality is a must if they still expect to compete with Real Madrid. They should focus on sharpening their attackers by signing top strikers in the next transfer window.

Not any option for Xavi except playing with young player and fans need patience for progress at the future, most needed by Barcelona right now is fans can watch on stadium with full capacity and ticket sold out to help financial, but many fans less hope right now after Messi left club and almost as home match ticket not sold out. La Liga have rule where club can't get capital stock full 100% by foreigner and only local people can get all it, I think why Barcelona still faced with crisis financial not any investor have chance to buy Barcelona as their club like primer league for Manchester City.

A Madrid and R Sociedad are not performing well now a days. Each lost 4 matches out of 5 matches. If you look at Valencia who is at 8th place, has been really performing well and has own 3 matches and drawn 2 matches in the recent matches which should be looked up on. If I'm not mistaken, it was a decision of some Spanish court, but the details are not important here, since the correctness of this approach is obvious: any club can independently decide which tournament to play - it is not a slave to UEFA.
I think the organizers of the Super League do not force events because of the situation with covid - it is not yet clear how long the restrictions will last and even in what form they will be, it would be foolish to start a tournament and then find yourself in a situation where it cannot be continued.

Not even a world class coach like pep guardiola could make a bold changes in current barcelona mess, it takes years to bring back the old unbeatable barcelona , there is too much missing from this club ... a top player like messi , a great leader like puyol, a maestro like iniesta and xavi himself...

so yeah i think xavi is trying to find a huge potential from the academy and of course it cost a lot, it has a huge risk giving too much space for young talent in a competitive league.

This is an opportunity for Xavi when Atletico Madrid and Real Sociedad have had bad things in their game, so behind Barcelona being able to catch up to the top 5 in LaLiga it is very possible for Xavi to reach it slowly but surely.
I understand what you are saying that there must be a long room for Xavi so that he can be free to find talent from these young talent, it is very easy to judge who will be chosen by Xavi who stands out in his game.

The interesting part is not to gather 29 points in 18 games by Sociedad, that would have been definitely something that people expected, but they also gathered 29 points in 14 games and then lost 4 in a row. That's the weird part that people were shocked about, same goes for ATM and even more because they are the winners of last season so nobody really expected them to lose 4 in a row. I get that with covid becoming even bigger and things looking like even worse, I would say it is definitely understandable for teams to have bad days but this is valid for other teams as well so 4 loss in a row for a team around the top is something nobody expected.

Good for Barcelona though, they are now quite close to 4th spot and champions league once again, just 2 more points, or one win difference and they will be closer to top once again. This wasn't exactly how they planned it, but it still worked out well for them.
