Atletico madrid are still performing really poorly i blame simeone for that since he is still playing defense with all the quality players he posses we all seen how good they played when they were behind in the score and how much they threatened villareal team and they became close to getting the three points.

Atletico Madrid performance this season is indeed far from our expectations, previously we all hoped that Atletico Madrid would be a competitor for Madrid this season, but instead they continued to appear inconsistent in every match, but to be honest, in this case we can't blame simeone completely, because in my opinion what Simeone has done this season is no different from what he did when Atletico champions last season, now I think the club should be able to bring in some players to strengthen their squad, because frankly I see if the squad Atlético currently has many players who are over the age of 30,  of course their stamina has decreased now.

I think this result is fair enough. Two teams played well. Atletico stopped Villareal's winning streak. Their four wins came to a halt with Kondogbia's goal. I was pretty caught up with a long-range goal from Correa. Villareal's goalkeeper could only be stunned to see the ball go into the net. The draw leaves Atletico with the same points as Socieddad. After this they will compete in the Supercoppa de espana and Copa del Rey. Next they will play Valencia in the league.

Their performances last season and this season are a lot different and yes they are now just like a pretty easy team to beat.
but not without reason, at the beginning of the league they went through something tough because some of their core players were injured and indeed this is what made them slump. actually in this match i felt they could win this match but indeed gavi red card turned things around. When taking these two teams performance played on 23rd Oct in consideration, yes its going to be questioned who will win the match. But looking at the recent matches each played with other teams, Espanyol has been performing well than Elche. Yes. Espanyol has won 3 matches and lost 2 maches in the last 5 matches but Elche just own a match, drawn 2 and lost 2. So there are lot chances for a win but yes Espanyol has to keep last match in mind and win the match instead of drawing a match.

I never expected Atletico Madrid performance to be this bad this season. They are indeed unstable and also far from competing with Real Madrid for the La Liga title. Although, their performance last season was incredible, they played 38 La Liga's matches and lost only 4. I don't honestly know what probably happened to them this season. It doesn't seems Simeone is really the problem of Atletico. They just need to rebuild their squad, and sign in new young players. However, Atletico Madrid have a tough match ahead, they will be facing Valencia in their next La Liga match. Is obviously not an easy game, but am expecting a winning from them.

The result of the match between Barcelona and Granada is not surprising. Barcelona is still a weak team. Xavi is working hard to stabilize the team. But he cannot succeed. Because there are not enough talented players in the team. They need experienced and talented players. Especially they need a skilled striker. Barcelona has a lot of problems scoring goals.
I thought Atletico Madrid would win against Villarreal. But Atletico's performance was weak. Villarreal have drawn this match though. But I would say they deserve to win this match. They played very well.

Atletico Madrid are really playing like a total different team from last year, sitting on the 4th position with 33 points the same point with Real Sociedad and just 1 point ahead of Barcelona who’s on 32 points and 16 points behind read Madrid who accrues the 1st position, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona really fell apart this season. Although Barcelona’s position is a bit understanding with all the crises happening in the club and loosing some important players, they know they wouldn’t be able to compete for the title this time around.

Only Sevilla has a chance to compete for the title with Real Madrid. In my opinion, the realistic target for Atletico Madrid and Barcelona is competing for UCL tickets. However, it won't be easy for them if their performance is getting worse and no positive improvement. Moreover, if there are some key players injured or got affected by the virus. It will make the situation be more complicated for them.

Elche won their away game today against espanyol it was totaly unexpected especially after the recent espanyol performance in the league and in the last game against valencia today they seemed really distracted which coasted them two goals in the first 15 minutes unfortunatly they couldn't manage to equalize.

....I don't honestly know what probably happened to them this season. It doesn't seems Simeone is really the problem of Atletico. They just need to rebuild their squad, and sign in new young players.

It is how it is. Certain teams will reach that point where things just don't work the way you like it and Atletico Madrid is in that same position right now.
