The difference between this current Barca squad and the one that won the league last season is Busquets. Nothing much has changed. then there is the fact that Barca have added Gundugan, Inigi Martinez to their squad. They have also agreeed deal to sign Victor Roque. Meaning they might even be stronger than they were last season. All that is needed now to be better than last season is a replacment for Busquets.
Madrid on the other hand have added Bellingham and Joselu to their squad, but they lost Benzema, so I can say the only real addition is Bellingham.
The transfer window is still long and both teams still have a lot of business to do to strengthen their teams but if the season was to start now, Barcelona has a more balanced squad.

That aside, the club the the most and best signings isnt always guaranteed the league. You can make all those expensive signing and the players struggle to perform when they get tp the club. It happened with Hazard and recently it happened to Tchoaumeni.

Xavi has brought in the player he needs, namely Gundogan as a replacement for Busquets.

Hamari Traoré, I heard he will going to play for Real Sociedad? as a defender he was quite good, when he played with Rennes.
