IIP-2: Change the time of validation ceremony

Do you agree to change the time of the validation ceremony from 13:30 UTC to 15:00 UTC?
(Oracle voting is ending on Feb 15th 2022)

Motivation: this proposal is aimed to make the time of the validation ceremony more convenient for people located in the US. There's a lot of active crypto users in the western part of the US. Now they have validation at 5:30 AM which is very inconvenient. That is a major limiting factor for the adoption of Idena in the US.

When you take part in an oracle voting, your vote is initially published in an encrypted form. This is done to hide the submitted votes and up-to-date results of the voting thus preventing new participants from biased choice. When the voting is finished, it goes into vote counting state: the protocol asks the nodes to decrypt their votes with their private keys. This is why it is important to launch the Desktop App again after the vote is finished, so the client can decrypt your vote that you have submitted before.

I have mixed feelings about tier2 listing. Especially though Idena is already listed on a tier1 exchange - pancake swap. No one is trading on tier2 exchange so we wont reach to active traders/daytraders that will build liquidity for whales and whales that are on tier1 exchange. People use tier2 exchange to dump shitcoins that are not listed anywhere else. So all we will achive is a little bit of marketing in exchange of being exposed to "fractional reserve system" on shitty exchange.

But I hope I'm wrong and tier2 exchange, according to Andrew, is kucoin

Sadly the price is just not keeping up despite the growth and lower yield per identity. Idena is unfortunately flying under the radar

its still in early stage and should not worry about this there will alot developtment regarding this.

It's not doing good for real I think the concept is good but still not much luck for this project.

They continue to build. I'm with this project for 2 years and many things changed. Each week/month we have an update that actually is visible. Its much much easier now to be a node (web validation, mining delegation, node sharing during validation). Number of nodes is constanly growing. Value of this project is building continously ... but not price. There is no marketing. No hype. I remember how idena was being traded in sep.2019 OTC via escarrow, because there was no exchange (first listing in 02.2020 - qtrade). It was 200-350 sat back than. Network had like 200 validated identities. Its 2022, we have 14k validated identities and we are stuck at 200 sat/IDNA ...

I agree this is one of the most stabilized projects in the community, because of its uniqueness there's no project like this because everything is equal, no one owns a group of computers to mine, it's one computer for every miner, the price may not be good right now but the growth is organic and a project that grows steadily will not die easily like those pump and dump coins we have now in the market.

However, the traditional (linear) staking model leads to inequality because large coin holders can extract the major part of the profits from staking. With Proof-of-Personhood in mind, we can offer quadratic staking reward schemes that are free of capital bias. We invite the community to consider this quadratic staking proposal and discuss its advantages:

Quadratic staking can make the iDNA coin more attractive for investors and reduce inflation by locking coins in stakes. This can lead to faster network growth.
Quadratic staking can make an older identity more valuable and would incentivize people to not terminate their identities.
Quadratic staking can improve security of the protocol because larger stakes increase the value of each identity. In other words, quadratic staking will lead to the growth of the capitalization of many identities resulting in higher security of the network.
Identity’s stake is a security measure that ensures that the private key of a valid identity cannot be purchased without the risk of losing the stake and identity status.
