Looks like problem half-solved, I got 2 new promotional emails from Roobet team on new address
Hopefully, they will respond soon.

I also did this, i forgot my account and have no access on my email anymore so I create a new one and inform Roobet about this and everything works fine now. ^ There are too many cases like this a casino suspected the user because they had the same IP and the same device user because they are friends, they are borrowing device and of course they had one the IP because they are using the same wifi. And then later on the one account could be locked or freezed by the casino because they are suspecting that had own many accounts. Same IP always happen if you invited your relatives and living on a same place, if you can justify it then that is fine as long as your intentions are clean and not to violate the ToS.
