PSG's ultimatum about Mbappe being given 2 weeks in the end became mere nonsense because there was no certainty about PSG's bluff.
Mbappe seemed fine with no pressure and just focused on his condition to prepare for the new season (regardless of which club he will play for).
A possible scenario if there is still no meeting point for PSG and Mbappe now is that he will probably still be playing at least until the winter transfer for PSG and that may already have to be final for them because PSG must be more decisive if they do not want Mbappe to leave for free.

Some time ago I also read some news about a 10-year and 1 billion contract for Mbappe but it seems that this ignored.

They will want players that want to play there, and if the player doesn't want to play there but only wants a lot of money and that's the reason why they are going to PSG, then they will not pay more than what other teams are paying.

This way they will eliminate players who will not want to be there and I guess that will make them not get the greatest ever, but at least get players that will put 100% everyday when they are playing for the team.

The question for me is whether such a thing is allowed in football, because as far as I know, the average football player's contract duration is only five seasons?

Considering how much it cost PSG to convince Mbappe to stay, it never looked like a triumph although I assume you mean that PSG outdid Real Madrid when they tried to buy him. The winner has always been Mbappe in all of this as the contract he signed with PSG was like a Royal Flush. He knew he could never be the loser in this irrespective of what his next move would be. But I don't know if PSG really cares about the money or whether they want to make it as cumbersome as possible in order to not look like amateurs in public. They already learned a hard lesson by signing a new contract with Mbappe in the last summer. If they did not digest that lesson well and repeat that stupid decision again, in this summer, by signing another short term contract like 2 years with Mbappe, I have no word to say about them. They are on top of stupid management by wasting too much money for one player while they can not control anything next two seasons.

Nasser Al-Khelaifi is a jerk so I'd rather put myself in the position of Kylian Mbappe if a working environment, I'd prefer to to go else ply my trade elsewhere, Mbappe isn't didn't say he doesn't want to get traded, he clamored for a trade last summer when Nasser Al-Khelaifi could have just let him go for a huge sum, he couldn't have said he didn't see this coming, he sure did and just never cared about the players interest, now he want the money for the player he didn't want last summer, but he still didn't put a price tag on Mbappe, because I'm sure every club that want rid of a player always do have their price stated, Nasser Al-Khelaifi is rather convincing Mbappe or forcing him out this summer, and he might likely not be sold to Real Madrid which we all believe is probably the choice Mbappe wants.

Mbappe can think if they can take win win solution rather than try to being so selfish. I meant he was making his own problem become very complicated at this moment. His direction is still unclear. PSG wants him to leave and he can get money, but mbappe makes everything become very complex for him. Mbappe can solve this problem easily if he will yes to leave from the club but this guy is very harsh. He does not even care anymore about the PSG. Mbappe is a key to solve this problem.

Mbappe wants to stay with PSG this season. And he wants to join as a free agent next season. In this, he can get a large signing fee from the new club. And perhaps that's why the Real Madrid squad isn't showing much interest in Mbappe right now. They will try Mbappe again in the team as a free agent. And I think Mbappe is being closely monitored by Madrid management. If clubs like Liverpool or Chelsea show more interest in adding Mbappe to the team, Real Madrid might pay a higher price for Mbappe.
