It's too soon to talk about Enrique and whether he can earn more achievements for PSG than the last season or not because we didn't see any game from PSG with Enrique yet. I think after they spent a huge amount of money in the last season now they want to just spend on the players Enrique really needs for the next season.

Agreed, we shall also see the performance from PSG during the early season. Too much expectations for enrique caused by he has ever coached barcelona while the fact that if he is now coaching PSG. People shall aware if PSG was different compared with barcelona.
PSG was only getting draw against al nassr. I don't even put big expectation for PSG. Winning league 1 is a must caused by this is a farmer league but about UCL. Im doubtful with it. It's caused by PSG can't even beat al nassr like last season.
The chance for PSG to win UCL under enrique is very small at this moment. I do know that all of PSG fans are expecting something big will come in any seasons but i just say about the truth if PSG was not strong enough for that.

Paris Saint Germaine had a team of players who wanted to be individually recognized by world football and that was is why they weren't able to win the UEFA Champions League title. If Kylian Mbappe finally leaves, I wouldn't be surprised if PSG performs better than when he was still in the squad with Lionel Messi

I agree, the fact is gathering more than two star players in one club especially players who play for the same position like strikers can interfere with the neutralization of the team. The cause is the increase selfishness of each because of the demands for records as the main requirement to keep their names on various occasions. I doubt with PSG chance in UEFA Champion League next season actually still unclear future from Mbappe will stay or not because not finding replacement for striker position space. This summer's transfer market has been buzzing with news of Mbappe move from PSG, overall many players have been rumored to be coming and going from Ligue 1 at the moment. PSG is the club that is in the first place most often rumored regarding the arrival and movement of players. I also think it's natural because PSG is the most elite club currently in Ligue 1, they are the club that is most active in recruiting and releasing players at the moment.

Recently Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta was rumored to be joining PSG, and Verrati is a hot name in rumors that he will leave for Al Hilal this summer.

Does Mbappe want really this much to stay in Europe and not even want to leave for one season? I mean that offer was just enormous anyway even if he got only 200 million euros for one season instead of 700 million. PSG already want to get rid of him this summer. I find it just awkward to see Mbappe pushing to stay for his last season there. If I were him I would have already accepted the offer came from Saudi Arabia to play one season to get a ton of money. After that I would have signed for Real Madrid for next season still.

I hope we don't see problems getting bigger between PSG and him because of being stubborn about staying there.

To be fair when they had Mbappe and Neymar and Messi, they didn't had proper midfield that can carry the team forward to them, so they were capable of defending, which they even had hard time with at times, but then couldn't get the ball to them. Sure three world class players but when the other team defends with 7 players, you can't expect just 3 of them to solve the riddle, you need some good midfield.

Look at City right now, sure they have Haaland, and on the wings they have Grealish and whoever plays at right, but they also had Ilkay and someone as big as De Bruyne. Real? They had valverde, kroos, modric, and so forth, Bayern? Had Kimmic and Musiala and so forth. Football is a game where you can't go too far without a decent midfield.

That was one of the biggest problems they had with all the great players in their offense and the first attacking line in particular, they were not equally strong or sufficiently balanced in their midfield line and defense line. They had good players everywhere, but when a team is too unbalanced I think it can still create issues as one part of the team could be relying too much on the other part of a team, in this case the defense was hoping that whatever they concede as goals, their offensive line will score one more goal and that is not the case against the world class teams in the Champions League. They also understand how to defend Mbappe and Messi or at least understand it good enough to prevent them from scoring three or four goals in most of the games. In Ligue 1 it worked that way If PSG conceded two goals, no problem because they scored three goals. But that is not a sustainable system for a team that dreams of winning the most important European titles.

If the problem is only with their midfield, then Messi shouldn't leave in a bad way because of the fans wishes too. Also, regarding the transfer window so far PSG has brought in many new players and some of them are midfielders who are also relatively young. With such arrivals, it is hoped that PSG performance next season can be better. But it seems, it might be useless too if players like Mbappe and Neymar are no longer comfortable playing at PSG because the situation and conditions don't seem to be improving for them.
