Yesterday it was as I thought.I expected both Nice and Strasbourg to win.Strasbourg scored in the 3rd minute to take an early lead.Nantes equalised with Eray Cömert in the 35th minute but Emegha scored 2 goals in the second half and Strasbourg won the match 3-1.Strasbourg increased their points to 29 after this win while Nantes remained on 25 points.This win was important for Strasbourg.
Lens lost points in a very important match by losing 3-1 against Nice, which they hosted at home.Although Nice started the league well, they had been performing poorly in recent weeks.I expected a reaction in this match and so it happened.They won away against an important opponent and with this win they managed to move one above their opponent.

It's true that last night was the turning point for Nice in achieving victory and they did it against Lens. The score was beyond expectations because this time he was able to score 3 and in contrast to the usual score of only being able to score 1 winning goal. It seems they know that a thin lead will not be able to secure a chance of victory, so they have improved it in the attack sector to make it more productive.

The Ligue 1 has become like a toy for PSG I'm afraid. As there is no other team as rich as PSG in the league it is really too difficult to compete hard against them. Lille were an exception in the 2020/21 season and they fought really incredible for the league title. There is Monaco example 4 years before that one too. But since like the 2012/13 season PSG have been in dominance with 9 titles.

As winning the league title is really easy for PSG their ultimate goal is to win a Champions League title for the first time in their history. They have played in the finale the most so far. But can they do this before Mbappe leaves the team? I really have big doubts.

All teams from Lens to Monaco have a good chance of being in the Champions League zone, and I even expected that since Nice is not in the best shape right now, Lens would be able to beat them and push Lille.

By the way, Monaco and Marseille still have a game in hand, so Monaco can even move Brest out of second place. But PSG still remain out of reach, and also have a game in hand.

Mbappe to Madrid is great and all, but he will have to be playing striker there, and as we have seen in the last 2 seasons when Messi and Neymar was here and Mbappe played striker, he doesn't "like" it, doesn't mean he can't, he can still play there, and he is playing there at times even this year, I am not saying he will be bad there, he will be quite good there.

I am just saying, it is not his preference, if you gave him the option then he would prefer left attacking winger, he will still be around the goal, but he will be at the left side of it. Striker is a central position, and doesn't have a side, whichever side attack comes from, he will be forced to be there, including right side, which he dislikes.

If there is a striker who is most suitable for Real Madrid after Cristiano Ronaldo, it will be Mbappe. We have no doubts about Mbappe's football skills, he is undoubtedly the best player and Mbappe is the best striker out there. Mbappe has excellent finishing skills and Mbappe always plays at his best. When Mbappe left PSG to join Real Madrid, Mbappe's performance will increase and he will become more dangerous. Maybe we can get from Mbappe the kind of performance that Cristiano Ronaldo did for Real Madrid. Mbappe is always the right and best player for real madrid that's why real madrid waited for mbappe for years and finally real madrid managed to sign mbappe.

Everything requires a process and several other clubs just need to give confidence to investors to provide large funds and be able to compete with PSG and for now PSG will temporarily continue to dominate League 1 and that won't be a big problem but it will be boring.
In fact, the opportunity for another club lies with Monaco, which is currently still consistent even though it still loses when competing with PSG.
For the future in the CL, PSG is actually currently having a bit of difficulty when they have to face Barcelona who have more experience in the CL and in my opinion, if PSG is successful in the round of 8, they will definitely fail in the semi-finals when they get a stronger opponent, unless PSG gets lucky. can beat stronger clubs.

there is no doubt that whatever happens PSG can always dominate league 1 and everyone knows what makes PSG always dominate the title in league 1 and this is all supported by the team's enormous wealth which supports being able to get more quality players compared to other teams in league 1.
currently it looks very strong after the arrival of several great players and also had star players but in the end PSG always failed to get the UCL title so PSG biggest goal is just to get the UCL title because getting the league 1 title is not an achievement to be proud of and this is also one reason is that sometimes management is inconsistent and has more ambition to always look for a new coach to be able to bring PSG to win the title in the UCL, but for me this is a very wrong way to not retain one coach to provide the opportunity to get a strategy to get the title in the UCL.

I just want to see after this when they fail in the UCL again whether PSG management will fire Enrique or keep him and if PSG management keeps Enrique, I think it is a good start to winning the UCL title in the future.

But atleast, what was also a surprise was that Clermont second goal occurred when Clermont only played with 10 players in the first half but yes, Clermont managed to maintain the victory until the match ended. When talking about Ligue 1 and the dominance of PSG, it will never end because it will always be like that, it's just that for now with their safe condition in Ligue 1 it looks like Enrique wants to try more things for bigger competitions and the Champions League is now the only reference for them.
Now with slightly different conditions at least PSG in the Champions League is a little better because in the previous 2 seasons they could only be in the round of 16 but for this season there is an increase where they qualify and are in the quarter-finals.

The problem is that the quarter-finals this time are filled with some very strong clubs and different from last season so there is still no guarantee that PSG can qualify easily for now.
In the quarter finals they will face Barcelona and it will certainly be interesting because after all apart from the big game this is the first time Enrique and Dembele will face their former club considering they were at Barcelona before which makes it even more interesting to watch.

Lyon got another win yesterday, and that is now 4 in the last 5, and they are at 10th place as well. I am not saying it would be possible, but it could be possible for them to finish in the first seven too, they are only 5 points away and if they keep this up it could happen.

I feel like the most important part is that if they played the first 10 games of the season like this as well then they could have been fighting for a title by now, look at them since they got better and you will see that they are doing good enough to be around the top, maybe not be as good as PSG obviously but definitely guaranteed a second place without a doubt. I think it's quite clear that we are going to see them do a lot better which should be the key.

I have this feeling that by next season there will be a change of narrative with the dominance PSG enjoys in the Ligue 1 just like it did happened in the bundesliga when no one expected it will happen a d before they know it Munich was loosing grip of their dominance until now they are now way behind Leverkusen who's dominating the bundesliga this season unlike previous season when they couldn't.

The champions league has always been the biggest challenge PSG happens to face every season because they literally get to qualify for the champions league every season but never gets to win the champions league at any point so they are always present in the champions league but really do find it difficult winning the Champions league every season, they may even find it even more difficult next season because they will be having their very key and vital player leave them for another team and that alone is really going to affect them greatly because they may take a lot of time to make up for the space his absence will cause.

Next season I look forward to a more interesting season in the Ligue one because other teams may have the chance to taste dominion after a long while and we ary going to see how it will look like for PSG to be literally be in the race to get to the top probably been headed by other teams who will be ahead then and then we would see so much fun in the Ligue one as we will be anticipating most of their game, these are my speculations tho.

PSG will continue beating their opponents this season, the coach, Luis Enrique takes everything personal, he's very forwarded on winning the UEFA Champions League title this season, he qualify for the quarter-finals and this is purely hope for Les Parisiens this season. This results just credits Luis Enrique some accolades. PSG is the best France club in Ligue One, they will continue to dominate because there's absolutely no pulling oppositions that will match up strength and stats with PSG. Moreover the club's that tried didn't end up on a good side, they're incompetent and easily weaken by the results they've recorded in previous matches.


Emphasizing on the incredible form of Kylian Mbappe in Paris Saint-Germain this season. He's the team best player over these past years and also the current, though he's leaving but he still find a spot to impressed his supporters and supports the team's progress this season. I think losing Mbappe next season will have a significant impact on the club. Mbappe is the world's best striker and one of the greatest finishers. Of course PSG can look for a replacement player at a level one level below Mbappe, because with the quality of their current players I think they can still dominate Ligue 1, although not as dominant as when they were with Mbappe.

I had previously guessed that as long as Enrique uses Mbappe as the starting lineup, the guarantee of victory will be clearer and before the match starts the media has published the formation of the two teams and I guess that PSG will win easily in that match and the big score that PSG gets is not very interesting for me because the match seemed to be dominated by PSG and Montpellier couldn't really put up much resistance even though they were able to score 2 scores but for me it was just luck.
of course Mbappe will be the top scorer, even throughout the season this player can always easily get big scores because in league 1 there is no team that has a striker as great as Mbappe and Mbappe achievements this season will be the last memory for PSG.

It won't be that easy for Lille to shift Brest position because even though Brest will experience consistent losses, Monaco will definitely be the first to get Brest position and on the one hand Monaco cannot be underestimated with a more stable performance this time but Brest is very lucky even though they got a draw but Monaco also failed to get 3 points in the match against Lorient.
