The chances of the 1xbit scammers drawing a line under and then turning a page and putting all their shady, underhanded and illegal activities in past - is unlikely to happen as that would mean they would have to own up to their past scams.

Just imagine though for a moment, if they came out here and apologised to the community and apologised to all their victims then made them whole again by returning the stolen funds and after all that were a transparent scam-free business, it would be a great achievement but as you correctly stated it is not going to happen.

1xbit has no interest maybe to increase their reputation. Because no change has been seen in their activities so far. The amount of money they are spending on marketing to get more new players shows that their purpose is not to run the business honestly. Because it is more important to solve the unresolved issues of the community than to spend that money on marketing on a large scale.

It's basically a battle at this point between members like us who actively advise other members of this forum to avoid this scam site and their shills who keep advertising their site in different parts of the forum in order to continue getting paid.

Honestly, I don't see an end to this particular battle unless Theymos intervenes and bans anything related to this site from this forum(Like Yobit).

I created account yesterday and deposit  5 times in total amount of around 400 Usdt Trc 20.
First 4 deposits I lost my money and then deposit 5 th time 200 usdt trc 20 and made 395 usdt trc 20.
And I tried to withdraw my all funds to be able to get on my wallet. Was waiting for withdraw request and it not come to me, tried to refresh the page and I was logged out.

The problem is they use their Terms of Service as an excuse to seize funds from any customer they want and this is the most common pattern they have been employing ever since the scam accusations started against them.

Theymos would only interfere if their signature campaign was spamming the forum. I believe that with persistence it will be possible to alert as many people as possible so that they do not fall for this scam

Their forum representative seems to go around in circles spouting the same message but there is a complete lack of evidence on their part.

They keep pointing to the same stuff again and again to try and justify themselves even though no legit member of this forum trusts them.

They probably did return some of the funds linked to certain victims, but they only constitute the minority while the majority still have issues which implies that they scammed way more funds than the amount that they returned.

Im bit aware of those times about Yobit signature participants does have the risk on getting banned or some of them had been on that particular state.Hopefully it would really be applied into 1xbit
signature participants as well but we know that if Theymos would really be imposing such banned then it would really be making another issue about this forum decentralization aspect

It is normally better to solve it directly with someone from the 1xbit support. But since you've broached the topic here on the forum, could you perhaps post an overview of all your bets placed on the forum? I think that only then can we better judge what is going on and then people can give their opinion better. For sure, something is going on. Did you tried to use courtsiding to place your bets for example?

On the whole though, it seems many of the complaints do seem to have some legitimacy but when they arrive over a period of days from multiple sources claiming the same thing (tennis) then either it is a concerted effort to attack 1xbit or it is a pattern that 1xbit are using to scam their customers.

I would never trust the 1xbit website and would highly recommend all people thinking about playing there to never trust them too but for those that already sent funds there and have any winnings in the account balance, you should try to get your money out as soon as possible because it could be you that will get selectively scammed next.

Anyone can make this list and claim that these issues are resolved. Do you have the evidence that these issues are actually resolved. Statements or posts of those people who told that  1XBIT.COM resolved their issues.
Right now , only the paid signature members claim that issues are being resolved and what's more interested those members never play at that site.

I know that multi-accounts could be a reason for some "victims". And it could be a reason for me even if I've never had any account there before. My only guilt could be that I have played with my colleague (which was very good at low-tier esport games) so the system marked me and other players as the same guy. (you know, when pro tipster gives his tip, many people bet the same at the same second). But it's not 100% case because in my group me and maybe two other colleagues were banned while other kept their accounts.

This was game over for me because there's no other betting site which has such wide sports offer, especially esports. Also my colleague has terminated his services because many people was banned sooner or later and there was no point of that.

I don't trust them either, I've been insisting for many months that they show proof that their security team has that allows them to accuse the customers who complain here of being cheaters, but they never showed this evidence, on the contrary, they keep talking about anonymity and many other excuses for not showing proof, on the other hand we have several people creating new accounts to complain about this scam site and many of them talked about tennis game, which I don't understand. why is there not even a junior member or senior member who has used some other site from here on the forum for years and then has tested this scam site and proves they are scammers?

They are actively promoting their site through a signature campaign here on this site. This means that they want gamblers from bitcointalk to actively play at their site. Also since they are running the campaign for many months, does this means they are getting the results from this marketing
With these facts, i think they do care for the ranking of gamblers on the forum but they are least interested in solving the issues which the forum users facing at 1xbit.
