Yeah Tuchel wants Kounde at Chelsea and with Chelsea losing their star defenders they do need to find strong replacements to level up in the defense section. There are some reports about them being interested in de Ligt but they would need a lot to bring that player from Juventus.

Yes, Chelsea need to sign in new defenders that will help the team to do well in next season because they really lacked in the areas of defense which their coach promised the managements that such poor performance will not repeat itself again. He really can do well at Arsenal. He has the Premier League experience and has good knack of movement while attacking which we need right now. Right now reports are that while they are trying hard for Jesus , they are also trying hard to sign Tielemans from Leicester.
