I had the same thought. Well, although not 100% will happen but most likely Man City will be the champion this season. When they played against Chelsea a few days ago, some of Man City's pillar players couldn't play due to Covid problems, but Man City still managed to beat Chelsea. So we could say Man City is the only team that dominates the EPL, they can always appear consistent in any situation and they always turn out to be a nightmare for their opponents.

Liverpool does still have a chance to be close to Manchester City, but their chances are not very high because as long as Man City can keep their current form then their competitors won't be able to catch them.

Right now I'm studying the statistics of the matches between the Southampton team and the Manchester City (Man city) team. 

The team has Southampton 32 wins.  The team has Manchester City - 38 wins (6 wins more).  Southampton have 129 goals, while Manchester City have 150 (21 more).  Manchester City looks to be stronger than Southampton. 

However, we are talking about gambling (about sports betting).  A sports bet on an outsider can very often bring more profit than a sports bet on a leader.  This follows from Nassim Taleb's Black Swan concept. 

Therefore, the bet on the victory of the Southampton team seems to me more preferable.

Tottenham are not strong opponents for Manchester City. Because, Tottenham's performance is very irregular. They haven't played consistently well so far. I think he was great up until early 2010's. His teams were tactically astute and balanced and he was a master of knockout tournaments. However, he failed to progress with football and cannot be considered as a top coach anymore.

I just hear about Jose Mourinho, Everton is really interested the special one coming to London but I don't know how the progress is because he has a good job in Rome. a number of names sticking out like Roberto Martines, Ole, Rooney, and Lampard. As Condoras said, I doubt Rooney can handle the club because he has a little bit of experience. I guess when Everton didn't get Mourinho's sign, Martines is a potential one.

José Mourinho has been doing a good job at Roma, certainly next season we will see Roma even more competitive. Either way, despite Everton having contacted Mourinho, he refused to leave AS Roma.

Yes, yes it is. However we do not really get what we want at all times do we? Lampard may ask for a lot of money, money that they may not be able to afford, so what should they do in that case? Not like Rooney is a brand new manager neither, he has been doing it for a few years in a big league, Zidane literally had near to zero manager experience before he became one for Real Madrid. Everton did good in the past season but in this one, they are doing very terrible and having a few points more than delegation area. It is unexpected result at beginning of season. Their players have good quality and Benitez might have biggest responsibility for this bad results so far.

Martinez is best because he did managed Everton in many seasons but they will have to wait until after World Cup 2022 to sign with Martinez. Everton can do this in summer but for now they have to find a new coach even for temporary and short term purposes.

Lampard and Rooney are best and I know Rooney does good management in Derby County but Lampard has more experience in Premier League so I would like to choose Lampard.
