So far my favorite team in the Premier League haven't signed any players. But they must definitely bring in new good players. Chelsea have all it takes to bring in new players to the team but they not ready to do so all because Todd Boehly wants the best for his team. This was not how the team was during Abramovich tenure, don't just know what's going on currently. Perhaps I don't seems to blame the new owner for all that's happening in the team. Beside he's new in the club and haven't get to know some vital and essential things about the club but with time he will soon get use to them.

The change of ownership affects them and this transfer. I do not know their new owners have big love for football like Abramovich or just bought Chelsea because they think they will get good return from the club.

If they only have interests in return, profit, it is difficult to see they generously spend money for player transfer. It will affect Chelsea performance.

It is very soon to say their new owners won't spend considerable budget for transfer. Two more months until the end of transfer season. Let's wait.

One thing is clear, all teams in the Premier League have a lot of money through TV. One example: Nottingham Forest, a new team in the first league received 200 million euros TV money. Over 5 billion euros per season will be earned outside england in the next few years. And that's not all: +5 billion will come from England. There is save an overview of the clubs and their income, so what are we still wondering about these sums for a player, the money must also be spent.

The main idea is that, Ronaldo would go to a team only if they have a chance to play a lot in UCL (reason why he wants to leave United) but also wouldn't be getting paid few million neither, he is Ronaldo and his worth is more than what he brings as a football player. Most of the time you pay a player for what he is worth on the field, but Ronaldo would bring any team tens of millions of dollars just from jersey sales. So which team could offer him 20+ million a year salary easily? Thats right, PSG could do that without a problem. Yes Chelsea now need a Center Back to strengthen them next season. I don't think they will be able to compete when they still have weaknesses, especially at the back. I agree that some of the players who come back I doubt they can play optimally. They must move quickly before the transfer window closes.

Agree with what you say that in Paris Saint Germain many players are dim in appearance. The accumulation of players labeled with stars may be one of the reasons why many players have dropped in performance there. Even though Raheem Sterling's move to Chelsea is a good one, Chelsea still lacks experienced centre-backs. Sterling is a quality player who creates goal scoring opportunities for himself and usually happens to make things happen for himself. In the summer transfer window, Chelsea has been linked with few centre-backs.  A strong reinforcement is recommended for the positions of centre-backs at Chelsea. So far, no deals have been signed, but there may be a few in the near future.
