This depends on how much qualified squad and how good chemistry they have as well. Arsenal have made important additions to the team which should have been made much before. I know that but I wanted to underline the thing that they have spent quite much money for all the players they have signed so far in total. This is not a thing that we see very often for Arsenal. Because they usually prefer to close transfer windows by bringing only very young players for cheap prices. But they obviously want to fight harder this season. These days the small club in EPL became even more and more competitive since there are so many big clubs bought players from the small clubs.
The small clubs have more money to build its team.
