If Arteta is the manager of Chelsea or Manchester United i am sure he already been sacked long before and this what makes Arsenal different than other big teams on Premier League that their management looks didn't give a lot of pressure to their manager even last season when Arsenal had poor performance period and most people will predict Arteta will be sacked but Arsenal management has patience to him and today they already feel the results that after long period process Arsenal finally can able to compete along with Manchester City for the trophy

Stan Kroenke was a significant support and boost to Arteta during the period when fans were calling for him to be sacked. He did this by renewing his contract. Arsenal has supported its manager to an unprecedented level unlike Chelsea or Manchester United, which is the complete opposite of giving a manager a chance to develop.

This Newcastle side looks like a rebranded team this season, they have indeed strengthened important positions in the team like their defense, midfield and even their attacking options. The manager also has been able to bring out the best in the available players at his disposal. They are now able to create many chances and score more goals than the previous seasons. Newcastle remain one of the tough team any team wouldn't want to fave presently in the premier league, their form is outstanding and one of their key player, Almiron is crown player of the month with their coach, Eddie Howe as best coach of the month. It's easy and spectacular because they're strictly on winning streak this season, been in the top four is not an easy stuff to begin with, it shows the level of consistency in games and they're proofing themselves clear to be in the top four this season and it's really a big fight and competition for them to face any big team coming their way.

Actually this has become an open secret and many of the fans do not like the current management of Manchester United especially for their current owners.
Fans think that the Glazer Family are just making as much profit as possible without wanting to seriously fix the team's problems and even a few months ago there were rumors that they were going to let Manchester United go but this news has gone quiet.
I personally feel they are much better now than last season but still can't expect much from them.

They won their last two games and one of them was a 4-1 win against Chelsea. Actually Aston Villa beat them here last season which can be an advantage psychologically. I won't bet on Aston Villa but maybe they might get another win by a big morale boost thanks to Emery.

Emery when in La Liga has always made a very good defense at Villarreal and this can be used as a test with Aston Villa's defense not being too good.
But if Emery can change this for the better obviously it will be a very good achievement for Emery.
His EPL debut was excellent but there will be a surprise team Brighton now ready to tackle.

I think it still takes some time for Unai Emery to rebuild the team game according to his preferences, so it's probably too early to remember Villarreal and the style of play that was there. Now the most important factors are the very fact of the novelty and the appearance of Emery as head coach, and there must also be a desire of the club's players to make the best possible impression on the new coach. There are not players that ready for the big match in chelsea. this club was facing lose streak in EPL. I just wanna see what would be the total points acquired by chelsea at the end of season. Im also a chesea fan but feeling really disappointed with the performance from chelsea. it seem there are not significant improvements from whole of players. they keep playing just like mediocre club. Bad attack, mid and defense.
The worst thing is chelsea's player  was always making so many blunders against EPL team. it seems like that EPL team is far difficult compared with another team in champion league.

If because of that you are congratulating me, then I think it is still too early to say anything and it is still better to just save the congratulations and take them out after the match is over.
