Thomas Tuchel was great for Chelsea and I think they are realizing it now. Performance of Chelsea is not in satisfactory level even they're not able to draw with comparative lower teams. If they don't focus on their performance, condition of Chelsea will be difficult. They need to change their tactics and strategies to come back.

Chelsea management are aware of the qualities of Tuchel but they cannot accept many defeats like that. Since the easiest way is to change the coach then they will try it.
Overall the last transfer window for Chelsea wasn't successful and many good players left the team at its weakest point after the departure of the ex president. Chelsea have to invest in this winter transfer window or else their situation will not improve at all..

According to the official news released by Chelsea Media the club is not interested in dismissing Graham Potter any moment. They want to give him opportunity to prove that he is a good coach and they will support him in the winter transfer window to make available good players and by then Graham Potter could be lucky to have some players back in the defence line and also in the midfield where the like of Ngolo  Kante is missing.

Giving Graham Potter more chances to bring new players during the winter transfer window is the only remedy for Chelsea's crisis because Potter needs to get players that can work with him and fit his playing tactics but I think the new management of Chelsea has assured him that he has more time to get the work done since he will be getting more players in the transfer window so it will be up to him to sign good players thst will work with him. The management of Chelsea wants a coach that will give them an instant result that was why Thomas Tuchel was sacked after spending huge some of money to sign average players that couldn't save his job for him. Potter needs more time to get his players and build the Chelsea team just like what Ten Hag is doing at Manchester United so I think the club should fund Potter so he can get a good replacement of Kante and then another defender that can assist Kalidou Koulibaly because I doubt if he's doing a good job for Chelsea at the moment instead of calling for the replacement of the coach.

There were some rumours regarding Conte to leave Tottenham for joining Juventus side in the near future. But I don't see them anymore. Besides I don't expect such thing to happen from now on as well. Because Tottenham's recent form might be inconsistent but they are still in top 4. They are one of the biggest contenders for top 4 now and they are very close to the second-placed team which is Manchester City too. I believe in them to recover soon as I trust Conte's strategies.

But I'm shock about the position of Newcastle in the top four, they're trying striving to qualify for the champions league next season.

I must admit that Newcastle are a different team in the league this season, since the take over they have shown signs of positive improvements from the new and top signings coming in to their consistent good games and results even against the league's top clubs. This is so far the best form they have been in very long years. Can they finish in this top level? We shall find out after the break.

They are doing great right now yes but the question is if they will manage to keep the good result for a long time, usually in football many weak trams start the season very well but they failed to keep the good result and that's what may happen to Newcastle this year, let's see what the team will do after the world cup break

Liverpool's condition is still quite worrying I'm afraid. Because they have been inconsistent for a long time and they are newly making things better in the league. They won against Tottenham and Southampton the last time to start a winning streak. But we don't know how strong they will return after the World Cup.

Somehow they had a big difficulty in performing at the same level with their performance in the Champions League. If they were able to do this then things would have been brighter for them now. But Klopp still has a long season ahead to think about a solution. Liverpool must be able to finish in top 4 at least.

Newcastle are an amazing team this season for certain. Especially their recent winning streak has carried them to the third position in the standings. They totally deserve to be ahead of Tottenham as well because of beating them 2-1 away before. I'm really excited about their future performances.

Because if they can become this much successful with an average level of squad now then I wonder what they can do with a squad full of very talented players. It is very important for them to qualify for the Champions League by finishing the season in top 4 now. Maybe it isn't easy but they have the strength for it.

For me of these two clubs Tottenham are still the best and when it's proven that they managed to get a win in the previous five games in a row, the Champions League will be very easy for them to get and maybe they will get a lot of wins against other big clubs. This season is the worst run for Chelsea, losing 4 games in a row is a really poor for Chelsea. When Potter arrived I was so sure he was the right man for the job of reviving the club back to good form but that seems not to be the case in recent games which definitely puts so much pressure on Potter to either get the results or risk losing his job as the Chelsea manager. First matches was awesome for poter but unfortunately the team started having very bad result starting from the Lose against Brighton, now they are in the 8th place with 8 points behind the champoin league spot and that's really bad for Chelsea, i believe poter need to find solutions asap before the administration take some decisions that can put him out of his post

You should do not  blame Chelsea players but their coach, because since the coach enter to the club we don't know if Chelsea is having a set back or they are increasing more, look at the position of Chelsea in the table, 8 position, so obviously Chelsea is going seriously back instead of moving front.

Yeah the club has made an official statement that potter as the right man for the job and giving more time on whatever happened as the long term project trusted in him , the manager cycle will never be the same now at chelsea unlike the roman era where bad results are intolerable.

There is pros and cons about this , the consequences is that chelsea might be losing points often during this period.

Earlier the season Tottenham were performing very well , I thought they can continue to perform impressive.  This season is full of surprises . Fulham is another team that started very well but they later dropped in the quality in their performance. It is only arsenal that have not changed pattern in their game  .

This is true but there are limits as you can't just say "if Newcastle pays 1 Pound more, they get the player". Newcastle's edge decreases with high salaries that are anyway being paid to superstars. Assume that Newcastle offers Haaland 100 million a year and Madrid offers Haaland 80 million a year, I am sure Haaland would go to Madrid. The effect of being able to offer more decreases naturally the higher the salaries get. It is a different story if a player has to decide between 10 million and 20 million, that is kind of even life changing for that player. But whether you get offered 80 million or 100 million doesn't matter anymore. Newcastle would have to pay painfully high sums of money to get Haaland and alike.

If you look at this Newcastle side, there keen to be improvement, and it continues in every match, and that is why a top-four finish is a realistic target. Week on week, they are getting better. They’re a very balanced team. They can score and defend their goals and it’s a good sign that they’re a serious title contender. The club's success has been built on a steely defence, having conceded just 11 goals this season. If they continue like this, I see them playing European football next season.

I remember with Arsenal achievement last several season consistent lead first standing until half season and finally failure get champion league ticket at the end league, its seems early predicting about which one team will qualify to champion league depend left with 23 games later. Right now not have big teams like Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea not in top fourth standing position, I believe finally have chance qualify to champion league. No doubt with Arsenal as the first standing position get qualify to champion league next season after absent 6 years and latest participant on season 2016/2017 have chance return to participants at champion league, but inconsistent performance have been habit for Arsenal at the end season.

Yes, I worry also, Staying in 6th position until the break world cup is make me worried after that, because some players are playing also on the world cup. Besides injury, tiredness is another 1 factor to make them doubt performance until beginning the kick-off. I don't think, Potter have the potential skills to find solution to Chelsea challenges in this season, because some of the Chelsea talented players has been released to other teams by their formal coach that is making Chelsea performance reducing in this premier league competition. Many people has changed their mind not to predict for the favour of Chelsea, because they came to discovered that this new Chelsea manager , it will take him some years before he can be able to improve the team. Graham Potter is mediocre, once everyone understand that, it's only when the fans can give him space to pass through this difficult time with the blues. Liverpool are done with their phase with massive injury to and fro and causing Jurgen Klopp some important points on the table.  Potter's case is different, he's not making any tactical changes and his strategy and formation is not impressive at all, in every single PL game, it's either chelsea struggle for a win or probably lose the game easily.
