Graham Potter is the man for the job but his constant losing of games is annoying and the fans are not happy with the results they have witnessed so far. The world cup break is even a good thing for the blues as they will have enough time to retrategize and implement a new formation tactics. The actual facts is Graham Potter is a mediocre coach, he still needs time to come to realization that he's managing one of the big team in EPL.

Potter needs to change his tactics in order to succeed. The way he is trying to play with this team I don’t think it is going to work. From now on, he has a good amount of time to figure things out, so he will have plenty of time to do so. I believe he will be able to make better plans for this team, plans that are going to work best with the players that the team has right now. It is my opinion that Chelsea will be making the right decision if they do not sack Potter right now. At the very least, they should give him this season as a chance.

I wouldn't rule Chelsea outta top 4 just yet the gap isn't that too wide so maybe if after the world Cup break they get there stuffs back together then they could get In. Concerning Potters appointment, it was a gamble from head on since he hasn't won anything tangible and it's looking like it's failing already. Their first four fights will be a tough battle for Graham Potter. Their squads are of course quality, but their opponents are really tough teams. The Newcastle United team is currently among the teams that entered the first four races. This will be a great challenge for Chelsea. They are currently ranked 8th and the top four seem like miracles. Let's see if Potter can catch a high-level winning streak.

There were some rumours regarding Conte to leave Tottenham for joining Juventus side in the near future. But I don't see them anymore. Besides I don't expect such thing to happen from now on as well. Because Tottenham's recent form might be inconsistent but they are still in top 4. They are one of the biggest contenders for top 4 now and they are very close to the second-placed team which is Manchester City too. I believe in them to recover soon as I trust Conte's strategies.

The reason of these rumours was that Juventus were doing a really terrible job in the Champions League and Serie A both. Especially after being eliminated in the Champions League with very disappointing results people started talking about the probability of Allegri's being sacked as well. In the meantime, Conte was speculated for the job.

Newcastle are indeed doing well, very, very well. I think a 3rd place is also above all expectations. I think it will be difficult to finish the season as number 3, but if you compare this with the past 2 seasons it is a big progression. They also faced relegation for a long time 2 seasons ago. They have nice player material, but not good enough to really participate seriously. I also think that they will still get reinforcements, but probably players who no longer have great sporting ambitions and who would like a royal salary. You have to start somewhere, that's how Chelsea and Manchester City started.

I think it is incorrect to ask for a result so quickly, in addition, this season, more or less everything is working, not everything, but it works. Let's see what happens after the World Cup and how well the players will recover after it, it will be the second half of the season. I doubt they will be able to make it to the top 4 this season.

You are right. Their performance is beyond the expectation, I am sure all people are surprised to see this team can stay in the top 4. Now, their position is above Tottenham, Man United, Liverpool, and Chelsea. If they can finish in the top 4 this season, it will be an amazing achievement for Newcastle, no one predicts this to happen. Actually, Newcastle players aren't as famous as the players of the top teams but they can play as a solid team and have a good motivation to win. This makes Newcastle can keep their good performance in every match, they have a good mentality and play with great teamwork. Sure, this is a very big progression for this team, we must appreciate them!

Of course nothing is impossible about that, Potter has a great job for Chelsea and he has to prove it.
Potter may still need financial support to spend on the upcoming transfer window to really have his strategy work out in his favor. But I doubt if Chelsea will really agree with that, but definitely the addition of some top players will help Chelsea get out of the problems that are not satisfying at the moment.

The main problem for Chelsea right now in my opinion is, that they don't have a striker who is capable of scoring many goals in matches. Aubameyang hasn't looked good enough at Chelsea, and the decline in the form of other strikers has made Chelsea suffer. 17 goals per 14 games, Chelsea are only slightly better than Crystal Palace and Aston Villa on this statistic.

First matches was awesome for poter but unfortunately the team started having very bad result starting from the Lose against Brighton, now they are in the 8th place with 8 points behind the champoin league spot and that's really bad for Chelsea, i believe poter need to find solutions asap before the administration take some decisions that can put him out of his post

More precisely in the last 5 matches they have suffered 3 defeats and 2 draws.
Although it doesn't really differentiate and they still play badly in this regard.
I personally find it hard to see what to do from Potter now with their condition like this because it's clear they are very difficult to improve their performance now.
In the end maybe Potter wasn't much better than Tuchel did.

Newcastle have come a long way so far, but their real task is not the results they are getting right now but they need to be able to maintain what they have achieved. Defending is more difficult than achieving and often many clubs cannot defend it, big clubs in the Premier League are also still having a very difficult time maintaining this, especially for those who can be said to be new in terms of competition at the top of the standings. Last season they finished in 11th place, moving up one place because in the previous season they only finished 12th in the final standings. European spot huh, at this rate they are good enough for the UCL. They are pretty impressive so far and 7 points behind Arsenal, well yeah although they got 1 more games compared to the top 2 teams but so far they are great. The players that they have is not better compared to the other top teams in term of individual quality but those players fit in each other which makes them a great team

I must admit that Newcastle are a different team in the league this season, since the take over they have shown signs of positive improvements from the new and top signings coming in to their consistent good games and results even against the league's top clubs. This is so far the best form they have been in very long years. Can they finish in this top level? We shall find out after the break.

Thomas Tuchel was great for Chelsea and I think they are realizing it now. Performance of Chelsea is not in satisfactory level even they're not able to draw with comparative lower teams. If they don't focus on their performance, condition of Chelsea will be difficult. They need to change their tactics and strategies to come back.

Chelsea management are aware of the qualities of Tuchel but they cannot accept many defeats like that. Since the easiest way is to change the coach then they will try it.
Overall the last transfer window for Chelsea wasn't successful and many good players left the team at its weakest point after the departure of the ex president. Chelsea have to invest in this winter transfer window or else their situation will not improve at all..

According to the official news released by Chelsea Media the club is not interested in dismissing Graham Potter any moment. They want to give him opportunity to prove that he is a good coach and they will support him in the winter transfer window to make available good players and by then Graham Potter could be lucky to have some players back in the defence line and also in the midfield where the like of Ngolo  Kante is missing.

Giving Graham Potter more chances to bring new players during the winter transfer window is the only remedy for Chelsea's crisis because Potter needs to get players that can work with him and fit his playing tactics but I think the new management of Chelsea has assured him that he has more time to get the work done since he will be getting more players in the transfer window so it will be up to him to sign good players thst will work with him. The management of Chelsea wants a coach that will give them an instant result that was why Thomas Tuchel was sacked after spending huge some of money to sign average players that couldn't save his job for him. Potter needs more time to get his players and build the Chelsea team just like what Ten Hag is doing at Manchester United so I think the club should fund Potter so he can get a good replacement of Kante and then another defender that can assist Kalidou Koulibaly because I doubt if he's doing a good job for Chelsea at the moment instead of calling for the replacement of the coach.

They are doing great right now yes but the question is if they will manage to keep the good result for a long time, usually in football many weak trams start the season very well but they failed to keep the good result and that's what may happen to Newcastle this year, let's see what the team will do after the world cup break

Liverpool's condition is still quite worrying I'm afraid. Because they have been inconsistent for a long time and they are newly making things better in the league. They won against Tottenham and Southampton the last time to start a winning streak. But we don't know how strong they will return after the World Cup.

Somehow they had a big difficulty in performing at the same level with their performance in the Champions League. If they were able to do this then things would have been brighter for them now. But Klopp still has a long season ahead to think about a solution. Liverpool must be able to finish in top 4 at least.

A welcomed break for him for sure hehe but the same is true to other managers. I think he'll have the same problems when the league resumes. How many of his players will be representing their country? Hopefully he doesn't get more injury problems after the WC.

He's lucky that Chelsea management still backs him up but a couple more losses will cost him his job.
