I am confident to say that anyone in the top 4 has a really reasonable chance of catching up with Arsenal for the English Premier League title.

Arsenal has defeated Liverpool, Chelsea, and Tottenham this season, and as we all know, these are big teams that have competed for the Premier League title and were rated far higher than Arsenal in previous seasons; this alone should give us some indication that Arsenal is different this season.
