Pochettino might be a better manager than Lampard, but you are wrong to say that Lampard became a manager only to make money, what i think is that Lampard has not learnt enough to be a top-flight manager, he still has quite a lot to learn, and imo he would be better off moving to a lower league and see if he can make his way up again.

Lampard and Zidane are same, but Zidane is lucky because he managed Real Madrid during Real Madrid's prime, without a coach Real Madrid can still become a champion. I'm not really sure what Pochettino will do to the current Chelsea squad, it's not easy to pick the best eleven players when they have a lot players.

Zidane's success at Real Madrid wasn't down to luck, he managed the team pretty well and that's why he won all that he did in his short spells at the club, it is not as easy as you think to win with Real Madrid, especially winning the CL three times consecutively, which is what Zidane did. for me actually chelsea doesn't need to change coaches because chelsea has changed coaches several times but in fact there is no change like Lampard has also given the best strategy for chelsea but hasn't given any performance. from what I see Chelsea need new players who can make a strong contribution at Chelsea.
and yesterday Lampard didn't need to be replaced and focused more on new players to be active in the transfer market and looking for the best players to strengthen Chelsea's defence.

I'm still not sure about Chelsea in the summer even though the coach has changed but the Chelsea players need to adapt to the new coach.

I think the first major task or assignment of Pochettino is to trim Chelsea squad and rebuild the team starting with  many young stars but few old players while allowing the redundant players to leave now that the likes of Kante, Koulibaly, Havertz, Abumeyang etc would not be in his future plan Pochettino has a lot of work in the rebuilding process of the club, however Chelsea fans shouldn't expect an instant impact it will definitely that some time before the team begin to become formidable and compete with other top team it also an advantage for the club not playing in European competitions it will allow Pochettino to remain focus on way fixing the team.

Indeed there is a need of making the squad better in this summer. I have talked about a need of a striker only but it isn't the only problem in this team of course. Besides they have actually signed Nkunku for the attacking line which would be a really nice improvement. But I don't know if they are planning to make do with this about striker transfer.

Apart from that I hope another thing not to happen. You know they signed Werner as well from Leipzig but there was no impressive performance left in him after coming to the Premier League. He was a great scorer in the Bundesliga. I hope the situation with Nkunku doesn't become similar to that as well.

They have a lot of failed purchases and it's just a waste of money they do. Of the many players they have brought in this season, how many players can make a big contribution? I can even say that not a single player has contributed this season.

Everyone does mistakes and De Gea does too but I don't think his contribution towards the club can be easily forgotten. He has pulled off lot of saves and I don't know but I think there will be points when other clubs interested in him but he still choose to play for United saving them lot of costs going out and looking for new goalkeeper and let alone secure it. Right now, if you ask me there are only few goalkeepers that have been that committed to a club for such a long time. So in my books, despite the mistakes De Gea made I still consider him as one of the legend of the club.

I agree with you, I think with some of the new decisions Pochettino has made changes to Chelsea, at least progressing little by little. Everyone including the Blues fans will be very happy if he manages to lift the team for the better and of course his reputation will get better in the Premier League. De Gea has been great for Manchester United, i think everyone can agree on the fact that he has served them well, though what i have noticed from most Manchester United fans i know is that they do not want de Gea to be at the club next season, they want him to leave, and i think it is because these days de Gea makes costly mistakes that leads to goals against his team. It is understandable from the section of Manchester United fans, but the good things de Gea has done is far greater than his mistakes, and those mistakes isn't the reason why Manchester United haven't been successful for many years now.

Chelsea are indeed lacking in mapping out areas of development and I think that will be one of the focuses for Pochettino to fix that. It looks like there will be 25% of players who will leave Chelsea in the summer because of a new offer or Pochettino does not need this player in his playing scheme. Indeed it will be a quite difficult phase for Pochettino because in the opening game next season they have to play Liverpool and this will be a big game.
