I Just notice my problem with QCN lost in space It come to my wallet about 1 day ago and now show in transaction hash.
same here. But withdraw still not possible since 18th

EDIT :

I just create a new account, and mine for some minutes on it. Then, i try to withdraw : no problems.
So, if you have a lot of coin to withdraw, you can't, but new miners can ? (to keep them mining ?)
I have 400K BCN, 400K XDN, ~100FCN...and i can't get them
Huh

I don't understand that a new account can withdraw, and other can't.

Also, web mining is on by default  Shocked

EDIT2 : and still no answer about making a manual payout

Seems like a withdrawal issue with XMR/MRO, probably plaguing QCN the same way. FCN and XDN seems to withdraw fine for me.

I see the MinerGate.com domain is registered to MinerGate Inc. in California.

It is currently 7:30am there.

So giving them the benefit of the doubt they should be online in the next 90 minutes & I would hope fixing the withdrawal issue & posting an explanation.

Hopefully they will respond to my support ticket which was electronically acknowledged 70 hours ago.

My account is under a week old and I can withdraw quickly with no issues.

However when mining, I constantly get job not valid, -15 error, etc in batches, usually when a lot of miners connect.
Hash rate reports properly for maybe a few minutes, then sometimes shows offline and lots of rejects/errors.
Works on other pools without issue[other than when their own daemon fails].

Also Monero mining seems to be stuck, the daemon most likely locked up.
Set a cron job to reboot it every 3 hours.

Datacenter Technician and Electrician.  If you have any questions feel free to ask me as I am generally bored looking at logs and happy to help during free time.

I see this, in my dashboard:

Withdrawals are temporarily suspended for your account (code #BS302bis). Please contact our support service in order to get more details and resolve the issue.

Does anybody know, what that mean?

Withdrawal button is grey, so I can't click on it either.

This is my signature...
