How long do withdrawal requests normally take to actually process? mines been pending for bout half an hour...

Newest updated GPU miner is reporting 13.90 MH/S ... This cannot be right, but it is reporting significantly lower than the previous version...
Can you tell me if my GPU is mining although it reports the wrong hash rate?

Hi! Actually it usually takes about a minute. If you still have problems, please write to support and provide your email and info about transaction Thank you Its been hours now.... ugh.... Just opened a ticket via "ASK US" tab on right... I also submitted a 2nd withdrawal request, see if that goes any quicker. |

Thanks, got my payout, now can you fix my account on minergate? ... 0 out my balance & update the withdrawal requests....
I would like to keep mining here but cant if its gonna stay messed up as it is....

New Update!Download new Minergate Miner Admin Edition ( https://minergate.com/downloads/admin) which mines in background mode. To start using it launch miner, choose settings and close the window. Then press WIN+R -> services.msc -> start Minergate service. Optionally you can choose startup type. Hope you will like it!)
