They burn like half the electricity so it probably costs them a less to host and no need to get a few bucks up front would be my guess.

>> GAW_CEO:
Look, I am tired of explaining this.
We DO NOT INCLUDE ANY OTHER SOFTWARE THEN OUR OWN.
If you want to run something different, that's on you. This is how the entire mining world works
For example, Knc has their own software they ship. And of you don't want to use it, they do not stop you. But it's then up to you to install what you want.
I don't think we are the right company to support your needs. I think issuing you a refund so you can find a company that can accommodate your specific needs is the best option.
We, literally, have thousands of customers. And your the only one I am having this conversation with.
>> ME:
You said if we asked for the software we can get it.
I am asking for the software so I can run it.
What is so challenging here? What isn't sinking in? And that either means your customer pool is a flock of jackasses or people are otherwise ignorant of these developments because you haven't actually sent out official communication in regards to the requirement of using zenMiner along with the rpi included. You sent out a message to advertise the Big Gun, you send multiple shipping confirmations, yet informing people of the whole zen thing just doesn't matter? Informing them of the power changes doesn't matter? So all your customers should be following bitcointalk and/or repeatedly checking the website in case what they ordered suddenly requires additional hardware.
Fuck, man, I really can't believe you ran successful businesses when you aren't even informing your customer base of these changes. This is basic shit and you guys are getting it wrong.
So, again, per your own words all we had to do was ask for the software. Please link me to the software and I'll be gone. That's all it would have taken since this zen shit-show started.
What we have here is you just typing in some words. I could type out anything and put your name on it. Even if it's a true conversation, GAW isn't obligated to provide software for you. They're hardware vendors.

Guys,
Have spent the day emailing back and forth with Gaw Support and I couldn't be more pleased. I have sent 4 emails and have received 4 detailed responses most within a few minutes. Luke and the GAW team have been great and look forward to getting my miner a few days early. Will order from GAW Miners again. (Price Drop, Early Shipping, and Increased Hash Power) What more can I say.
Care to expand on "Price Drop, Early Shipping, and Increased Hash Power. Was this made for you specially due to a problem you were having. Emphasis on Price Drop. Sure, did GAW not drop the prices last week on all hardware and offer store credit/refunds to everyone that purchased before the drop. I believe that GAW posted today that units had already begun shipping and we could except them between Tuesday-Thursday (release date was May 26th). Firmware update that is suppose to increase hash rate above advertised numbers. I didn't get anything extra from GAW and I did have issues. I am a customer that originally purchased through PayPal. Didn't receive anything but my money back and I elected to reorder my falcon. no drop or credit for hosted units even though Josh said initially that would apply to boh types...that did upset me some Hi, there was a drop and credit issued. If you did not get it (sounds like you did not), please pm with your order number and I will take care of it PM sent edit: problem solved and customer very happy now

Reactor, I'm not sure what point you are trying to get across. Josh is right, you are "annoying as hell".
@everyone else, just add him to your ignore list.
To be fair, it was the other user that said that Reactor was "annoying as hell", Josh was professional in his communications.

Thanks I emailed the other user and asked that they remove their post from our thread too. While I understand the attempt to support us. I would prefer no user be attacked on here, regardless of the circumstances. Now, back to mining

There the size of your hand.. should be no problem finding room. Hi I live with my parents and they do not like me mining also the last lot of gridseeds that I had, had to be run in a wardrobe because of the space issue and the noise. I could be wrong but from the picture of the blizzard these look pretty big and loud I was expecting something usb size. or at least something smaller than a gridseed

10? Why didn't you just get a Black Widow at that price? Less wires and less components.
