We did have a fight this weekends with Cordina vs Edward Vazquez. I wouldn't say it's a good fight but Cordina is the huge favorite here and I thought that he is going to knockout Vazquez. However, the fight lasted the full 12 rounds and won on a majority decision and retained his IBF super featherweight.

This is Cordina's second reign as he was stripped in 2022 because he had a injury and can't defend his belt.

And this is good because next we will see Navarette fighting Conceição in the undercard of Stevenson vs Delos Santos. Most likely the winner could face Cordina for the unification fight and it could be very exciting.

The majority of that fight goes to Joe Cordina for sure he won it against Edward Vazquez the fight was interesting enough but for sure it could have that awesome touch if he won this via something like a knock-out and because it was already a one-sided fight for sure,

While the Emanuel Navarrete VS Robson Conceição looks like a pick fight I could be wrong because I really don't know Robson Conceição but it could be an interesting one, for sure even though on paper it looks like a picked fight for Emanuel Navarrete,

For me, there is a chance that Devin Haney can also be an aggressive fighter but he pretty much likes the fight to be safe and he likes to fight smart for sure with all those technical strikes and such sure Devin Haney is that kind of guy but given the coincidence of the fight he can become very aggressive aswell maybe in the beginning of the rounds Prograis could be aggressive and such, but in the later round when Devin Haney can see the opportunity he will surely raise to the occasion to swat that win, for me I like Devin Haney for that fight,

I wouldn't exactly trust Ryan Garcia's wisdom after he picked Rolly Romero to beat Tank Davis. In this case he is just going along with what everybody else has already said. Haney winning a decision is the consensus opinion.

I do think those odds are a bit lopsided. Prograis is an underdog but he has the kind of power that can shift the balance in his favor at any moment. Haney's power wasn't respected at lightweight, in a higher weight class this will be even more of a challenge. His defense will have to be perfect to achieve the outcome most are expecting.

Yeah, they seldom make mistakes when they list the odds, and I think those odds makers have a lot of experience and they take into account like the fights and the resumes of this fighters before putting their odds. So there might not be a surprised to see the power punching Regis Prograis as somewhat the underdog against Devin Haney. But you can't take away the fact the Regis is a champion in this division and Haney is the one moving up in weight.

Regis is a very live underdog here, so if you are a fan of him, why not put some money in him. He is still in his prime and his only lost is against the former unified champion at 140 lbs in Josh Taylor. But Josh lost all the belt now and Regis got one and so if you look at it, might be a blessing for Regis to lost that fight as it did good for his career as he gain a lot of experience from his first L.

I am thinking about that too. And the offer for the Prograis win is so sweet that many gamblers will probably take it too.
It's not like he is an underdog skill-based, it's just the odds that are made by some boxing analysts out there. I do believe he has a chance to win this fight, but he needs to be wise because against a technical boxer, you cannot just throw punches in the air or you will run out of gas so quickly that you won't even notice it.
Also, I am in doubt he can knock out Haney as quickly as possible, he should take his time because if he forces a KO then it could mean a great deal of danger to him too. Throwing haymakers will give Haney a lot of open shots so it's better to keep all those big punches for larger opportunities. Haney will do his normal routine because it's working but Prograis might want to change a bit of his boxing style.

Yup, Prograis might be an underdog, but his power can be a game changer once he starts to throw those solid punches and convert I think
Haney will have a big problem countering him.

Though, Haney is a known defensive fighter if he will manage to keep his distance and not to allow Prograis to convert the chance of winning is with him.

Closing the fight in the decision and scoring statistically Haney might take this fight against Prograis.

So he has to settle with Edwin De Los Santos here. It's a good test for Shakur, but I doubt that Edwin will last against Shakur in this fight. Could be another technical fight and we will see Shakur giving us another great performance.

Crawford has made it already, unifying all the belts and if the IBF will want to stripped him then by all means they can obviously do it and put their interim champion and elevate him as a full champion. That has been the practice already, although it doesn't take weight as he hasn't fought the regular champion in Crawford and so there is still a ? on Ennis.

On the other hand, while waiting for Crawford vs Spence match as he is surely wanted to challenge the winner, he might do and defend his belt first. But as I have check the rankings, IBF rated boxers at this division is not well known.
