I was really shocked Teofimo Lopez has proven that his speed is really something for Josh Taylor to be afraid of, and not just his speed but his fighting IQ aswell, well I was really wrong, but can we surely know what will be the results when the 2 boxer clash, but surely I think Teofimo Lopez is now ready for a much higher ranking in this division, his fight IQ and speed have already improve so yeah even though I was wrong that Josh Taylor could have a slight chance, it was really a dominating fight for Teofimo Lopez,

I watched their fight and indeed Teofimo Lopez won by unanimous points over Josh Taylor.
I also saw that his punching speed and fighting IQ were very good, even Josh Taylor seemed very overwhelmed by Teofimo Lopez's punches.
But after all Teofimo Lopez is a very good boxer and now he has the title of WBO Junior Welterweight World Champion.
It is possible that Teofimo Lopez will soon be able to get a higher rank in this division.

He has proven to us that he is truly a champion. His loss to Kambosos was probably because he was already struggling to maintain the required weight. Now, he is in a division where he feels very confident, as evidenced by this significant win. ^ It's not just the speed of Lopez, but he beat Taylor on his own game, countering and being the first one to throw power punches. He has rocked Taylor in the 12th round and I thought that Lopez will go for the knockout win.

Although again, I might see the scoring of the judges as somewhat dubious, it was a like 9-3 rounds for me, as Lopez almost clearly won all the rounds for me. But two judges saw it very close though, 115-113 for Teo. Anyhow, it's already a win for him and this is his second weight class to be a champion.

Well, it was very clear from what I have seen Teofimo Lopez was winning the fight I also thought that Lopez will get a knockout from Josh Taylor aswell but Taylor was tough enough to handle those assault

Like I have said it was total domination for Teofimo Lopez, that speed is what I see from him burying every punch and then evading the counter, while Josh Tayler is forwarding to Lopez but didn't do a thing while inside or he got some shots but eventually stop connecting or following up, those hesitations have also cost Taylor some good shots, I think Teofimo Lopez was too quick for Taylor that he stopped to his tracks when fighting Lopez,

Man, I missed the boxing fights because I was watching the MMA fight of Amanda Nunes versus Irene Aldana, it didn't cross my mind that a boxing game was happening on the other channel. This is the hard part when every fight occurs on the same day and at almost the same time.

I am just reading the results now while waiting for the replay to be uploaded.  That's big news considering Lopez was the underdog here and it was said in reports that he moved so quickly in different angles that gave Josh Taylor the hard time to sneak his big punches. It actually came out the other way around, Lopez sneaked his big punches after moving in different angles. Nice.
Maybe he pledged to be a better boxer after doubting himself even though he won his fight against Sandor Martin. I cannot wait to watch it later because there's so much hype about how he dominated Taylor.

Teofimo Lopez only has one defeat and that is just a small mistake because of all the fights he has done to get several titles.
I admit that his physical endurance is very strong and coupled with the power of his deadly punches so that he managed to win by KO 13 times.
Maintaining the weight will only make him depressed and it seems better for him to make the decision to move up to a higher class and become a new tough challenger.
There is nothing wrong for Teofimo Lopez to try his strength in a class that is above him.

This is really the type of fights that I like to differ from boxing, because they both fought and gave everything they had, obviously Teófimo had a much more intense training than Taylor, and many were in favor of Talylor so these bets were very split. and it could be said that the crowd failed, personally when a boxer shows that his strength is training and worthy of winning the way he did, and he did not have to resort to a purely technical fight as some do, which for many already enters to a totally boring shot, instead here there were counterattacks, exchange of blows, a whole real fight, good for Teofimo.

Not the kind of Teo that we use to see, he was having fun. Is Taylor just too slow or Teo had really improved well?  Either way, its very stunning and boxing fans could by now will see Teo not just a kid who had some luck over Loma. Still Taylor fans couldn't believe it. It could just be because Taylor was too flushed to to get the weight at 140.

Yeah! he was clearly frustrated and caused all the trouble after their fight I wonder if it's just some kind of scripted thing and they did it on purpose. I don't know about it but they seem not to have enough views on their fight because everyone knows the result and that's just pure drama so they just probably create some side quests in order to add some sugar to their pies to make the show interesting. I saw this on my notification but I missed watching it. It's not like I really want to watch Floyd Mayweather anymore, but what he did is really nice for Filipino boxing fans and the whole nation. The Grandson of the Mobster boss and his father was the American former mobster who was the acting boss of the notorious Gambino crime family from 1991 to 1999, but John Gotti III becomes a professional MMA and is now a Boxer, but fought with Floyd Mayweather was chaos, and I really don't want to point fingers on who is the real reason for the fiasco, but I think Mayweather is already putting so much fuel in the lit spark, that turns into a wildfire, well explaining this Floyd Mayweather is good at trash talking and John Gotti III didn't like it, Mayweather is shamefully beating the son of a former mobster and adding to this the fuel was his non-stop trash talking, for me both are at fault, well John Gotti III shouldn't respond like that

Respect Floyd Mayweather for giving credit to the Philippine independence I think many of his Filipino fans will be pleased in seeing this, but Floyd Mayweather is pretty much notorious with his mouth rather than with his fist, we can all get to see the saying that word is more hurtful than using physical hurt, I really don't know the saying but I think it goes like this, while Gotti is a hot-headed kid and have shown that he is easily got frustrated about what Mayweather is saying,

Probably yeah, as both continue to talk even even the ring. And I do agree that it's a disgrace to boxing inside, we don't want to see this kind of attack with their supporters or body guards. But then again, this is not a professional fight so what do you expect? As least for the majority of boxers, they trash talk but at the end of the fight they hug and shows respect whoever wins.

There are a lot of events every weekend and also some interesting stuff to do that even non-title fights in boxing are not my priority anymore so there's a small chance that I'll be watching fake or scripted or not exhibition games. I did see some of the highlights as it will also show up on my social media feeds.

Floyd Mayweather fought in a nearly empty arena in the UK prior to this fight so they need drama. I just read that Gotti is now suspended for 6 months which is actually nonsense. 2 months of rest, 1 month of negotiation for a rematch, and then 2+ months of training and that's it. That's fewer months than many UFC fighters are waiting on standby to be given a fight.

I wasn't aware of his exhibition fight with Gotti but the fans know it's not worth watching Floyd in an exhibition fight anymore. The ones that go there in FLA must be the mods brought by Gottii and some are fanatics of Floyd. It for once worked but not this time fighting unknown personalities. It gets boring already. If it wasn't posted here I wouldn't know. The brawling though is making headlines.

Not the kind of Teo that we use to see, he was having fun. Is Taylor just too slow or Teo had really improved well?  Either way, its very stunning and boxing fans could by now will see Teo not just a kid who had some luck over Loma. Still Taylor fans couldn't believe it. It could just be because Taylor was too flushed to to get the weight at 140.

If Teo was much faster and relied to volume while Taylor seem to have gassed out, he could have KO Taylor to be more impressive.

I think that Taylor is not comfortable facing Lopez.  We can see how awkward he moves during the fight.  Aside from that, it looks like Taylor slows down compared to his previous fight.  He is just too slow to react and adjust.  I think Lopez had studied Taylor very well making Taylor looks like a sitting duck since Lopez know how Taylor will move and Lopez is able to stop Taylor of his body shots and hooks.
