I feel like having a second penalty shootout is definitely a big advantage for sure. It gives you the chance to repeat what you did right and fix what you did wrong and that is a good thing. Like if there were another, I am sure Brazil would have put Neymar at the first place, not last because the start is a lot more important than how you finish it. I don't understand how you say that Morocco does not have any chances of advancing to the next level, though everybody is entitled to their speculation and their thought but I thought you would at least backup your speculation with reasons but you merely said it .
