Chelsea now has an attacking force that is capable of scoring goals so that should be able to upset Dortmund plans of progressing to the next stage of the competition.

 

If you look at the results of the last 10 matches of the two teams in all competitions, I think Chelsea still won't be able to beat Dortmund. It's not only Chelsea's performance issues that are taken into consideration, in my opinion the Chelsea players still lack coordination and often miss communication between players. Meanwhile, Dortmund have now appeared so consistent and the return of Sebastien Haller has made the attack line even more frightening.

Moreover, Chelsea only won 2 wins and for Dortmund they won 7 wins, with a result like this it is certain that they will experience failure in the UCL. Chelsea's first leg match must fly to Signal Iduna Park which is Dortmund's home ground. I think this season will be a very difficult season for Graham Potter and all of his players.

No doubt that Chelsea is in a whole lot of trouble and their achievements over the last couple of weeks have been negligible at best. Still they have some strong players and we know how these games can go. They are not some second division average club. I agree that if those statistics apply, Dortmund is the favorite and I think that the home game is a huge advantage for Dortmund as the fans are backing their team without a doubt and they'll go the full distance cheering for them. Chelsea is in a more difficult position when it comes to their fans. If Dortmund can score the first goal in Chelsea I think that the fans will slow down a lot and become relatively quiet. I expect Dortmund to go all out in the first leg and perhaps Chelsea might be overwhelmed. The longer Chelsea can keep a clean sheet, the harder it will be for Dortmund. Even if Dortmund will put emphasis on a strong offensive game, they should avoid at all cost to concede some easy, unnecessary goals. Even if Chelsea isn't at its best right now, easygoing nature by Dortmund could still lead to being eliminated.

PSG vs Bayern Munich, Bayern Munich to win. Since PSG lose against Monaco without Mbappe and Messi, I think PSG will lose to since Mbappe and Messi are still injury. There's an update if Mbappe have been completing the training today, but I think it would affect his performance. In the end, PSG will not play with their prime condition.

Tottenham vs AC Milan, AC Milan to win. Tottenham currently lose their key players e.g. Hugo Lloris the goal keeper and Rodrigo Bentancur the midfielder. Bentancur isn't a play maker, but he's mostly will take a big control over the ball. Lloris is the only one good goal keeper which Tottenham have. This is why they're losing from Leicester City for 4-1.

Why do you say it's worth watching or not just because there's no Messi and Mbappe? precisely here one can see how dependent PSG is on Messi and Mbappe. I think that PSG lost those games exactly to be prepared for the upcoming Champions League encounter.Most probably this will be a very good game to watch as super star players like Messi and Neymar will be facing one of the best teams not only in the Bundesliga but in whole Europe.I think this is an encounter which can go either way and it would not be a surprise whichever team qualifies further.

Also about Milan and Tottenham, for me personally these two teams are both on a downward trend so I think any results will be open. With their declining performance, I personally am pretty sure they will only play with high alert so that this will make the match end in a draw for this first leg.

I think the same as you, it seems that the two teams are not in the best condition to fight but the issue is Sadio Mane will play in this match because he has recovered quite a bit

Im also waiting for this match. This gonna be a very difficult match for PSG without mbappe right now. People are in favor to pick PSG caused by it has messi and neymar on it while bayern is also having some players that already replaced the old players who got injury like mane or neuer. This gonna be a very competitive match with very high tension between both.  The problem is now PSG was losing one of its best attacked in the club. I see no one in the club that was able substituting mbappe in this case.

All are rumors so far and we can not confirm it. On field, I don't see those players got serious injuries and their reactions after those fouls did not show they got serious injuries. I think PSG want to hide real updates about those player injuries.

Actually I am more worried about PSG's condition, which has even suffered consecutive defeats in two matches, namely by Monaco and Marseille. while Bayern seem to be getting better. With PSG bad condition, this makes Bayern more confident to win.

Since these two teams are not in their right shape it will make the game to be more interesting because right now because of the problems the both teams are facing no one knows which team is strong enough to win the game. Psg is my favourite which I will love them to win the game.
