Looking at the Spain side that played this match, the names are really quite underwhelming. There seems to be very little star quality throughout the side which is very un-Spain and honestly I don't remember the last Spanish side that I thought had less quality on the park. In some ways this is a historic match, Spain lost in the qualifier for the first time since 2014. Almost 10 years they did not lose in the qualifiers and here is the second match and a loss.
The Scotland did well, the guys with character, played very strongly, Spain had no chances, but the Scotland could have scored more if not for the goalkeeper, a couple of times Spain was saved from the sure goal.

Taking into consideration the draw between Norway and Georgia, everything is very confused and so far it turns out that Scotland is the favorite of the group, while Spain, Georgia and Norway are fighting for the second place.
In general, Norway with and without Haaland is a completely different team.

Yes, definitely. In the first 20-30 minutes Turkey was a much better team. They attacked Croatian players and didn't give them a chance to play their game. Turkey had few really good chances but couldn't score. There's a reason why Livaković was the second best player of the game. The only one who got a better rating is Kovačić who scored two goals. I must say that Günok also had one great save when Pašalić (I think it was him) shot the ball from 5 meters and Günok managed to save it.

It was clear how surprised Spain was with Scotland's game in last night's match and the De La Fuente squad had to be willing to accept this 2-0 defeat. Spain's performance was terrible, they didn't play their usual game and it was very difficult to score against them. I think with these average statistics we can already know who is superior in this match. The MOTM of this match clearly belongs to McTominay with the brace he scored bringing Scotland to first place in the Group A standings.

Croatia managed to rise in the second match of the Euro 2024 qualification. Croatia was arrested 1-1 when entertaining Wales in the first match. But it can be redeemed while visiting Timsah Arena by crushed Turkiye 2-0.

Scotland's victory is well-deserved, the first thing I would like to note is the crazy support of the fans, I'm sure this is what gave the players a lot of strength. And of course it was McTominay's day, two great shots from under the defenders flew into the net, strong good shots. Scotland's victory over Spain was not the result that many people expected, although many realized that the current Spanish era was not an era where they were full of players who managed to lead them to win the world cup or European cup but losing two goals without being able to reply to Scotland was a result which was very bad for them, imagine 75% possession but not scoring at all and Scotland playing effectively on the counter attack, but Spain still had a chance but they can't afford to let their guard down in another game because there are still Norwegians who also still have a chance

Croatia's victory was as predicted and Turkey even though winning in the first match was only over Armenia which might be a difficult team to win in the group and other teams will use the opportunity against them as a chance to get 3 points as well as against Latvia , so what Croatia got when they beat Turkey is what it should be, and in fact it was an even match only when it went down in the first half Turkey couldn't do much in the second half to catch up and in the end they lost.

I've watched the entire game yesterday and at some point I had in mind to go see the game as the stadium is just half an hour from my home but then I decided to grab a beer and enjoy it on TV. Spain is made of great players from Chelsea like Kepa, Rodri from Manchester City, and Pedro from Tottenham but I believe the defenders didn't do a good job, and Kepa, as usual, carried his regular Chelsea incompetents to the international league and let two goals through from McTominay that have been warmed in the bench by Manchester United, they should have expected a great performance from someone who is eager to add goals to his career. That's spot on. It was really Livakovic who prevented Turkey from taking an early lead, both in the fifth minute and a few minutes later. Additionally, he saved us from conceding the equalizer after Kovacic's opening goal. Had any of those goals gone in, the game could have taken a completely different turn, with a different outcome. Credit to Livakovic, Kovacic and Stanisic for their performances, although the rest of the team seemed to fall short of their usual level. It seems like Dalic has a lot of work to do in order to prepare for the League of Nations Final Four.

Even though the maestro, Luca Modric, was left behind, this did not make Croatia weak. Now that there is a suitable replacement for Kovacic, he is one of the most successful players in Europe.

Under the control of Dalic, Croatia became a European dark horse which was classified as successful in the World Cup and European Cups. Dalic is quite confident with his current squad. He once said when Croatia failed in the semifinals against Argentina, that the current generation of Croats is not over.
