What an absolutely crushing victory for RCB! After a disappointing performance from Rajasthan Royals with the bat, RCB have own the game by a massive margin of 112 runs. It's a tough pill to swallow for RR, got bowled out for the third-lowest score in IPL history. It was a crucial match for both teams, but sadly RR extremely poor today.

Fantastic innings by Royal Challengers Bangalore team. Rajasthan Royals lost all their wickets for just 59 against 171 runs. Rajasthan Royals bowlers managed to create big barrier. Now the point table has become attractive. Royal Challengers Bangalore now occupy the 5th place with just 1 point less than Lucknow Super Giants. du Plessis and Maxwell both did well in today's match while Rajasthan Royals top 3 players 2 returned with 0 runs and one managed to score only 4 runs. Anyway, congratulations to Royal Challengers Bangalore for their big win.

What happened with Rajasthan Royals is just unimaginable. How can you get out at only 59 runs  \
Check the scorecard of Rajasthan Royals and you will find nine batsmen scoring 10 or less than 10 runs. Only Shimron Hetmyer  scored 35 runs.

Ever since the Chennai Super Kings' opening batsman got out, wickets have only been falling frequently. 144 runs collected so far but Chennai Super Kings can definitely win if they can show good bowling performance. Meanwhile, Kolkata Knight Riders are fielding very well especially Narine has shown a good performance in terms of bowling but fall of wickets. Chennai Super Kings got a free hit in the last minute but Dhoni couldn't make any use of it. Chennai Super Kings bowled 144 runs to Kolkata Knight Riders, I think Kolkata Knight Riders will definitely be able to meet this small target as the batting line is very strong.

Bo big score cane from the openers. Whether it is CSK or any other team when there is good start at the opening, automatically we can see good score coming from the team. Today CSK failed to score as Gaikwad scored 17 runs, Conway scored 30 runs and Rahane scored 16 runs. Somehow Dubey managed to score important runs for the team. If not the score could've been even lower.

Early wickets from KKR gave CSK a winning opportunity, but the same worked for CSK as Rana and Rinku got to be strong and made their half centuries that made KKR record an easy winning.

RR's knockout stage hopes are over

Before the start of the match against RCB, Rajasthan Royals were expected to qualify for the knockout stage but their hopes were dashed as they lost badly by 112 runs. Rajasthan Royals could not secure the knock out stage in this year's IPL 2023. Rajasthan Royals are at number 6 in the points table with 12 points after playing 13 matches and winning only six. A total of 14 matches will be played in the group stage and the top four teams will qualify for the knockout stage. In this case, even if they win the last match, it is doubtful whether they can occupy the best fourth place in the points table. However, Rajasthan Royals' knockout stage is almost impossible to confirm.

Officially, Rajasthan Royals are not eliminated from the playoffs of IPL, but they are not able to qualify for this IPL.  Because they have only one more match left and their current number of points is 12. If they win the last match, their points will be 14. It is impossible to qualify for the playoffs with these 14 points. They have played t matches and if they win either of the last two matches they will have a chance of qualifying. 

Gujarat Titans, Chennai Super Kings, and Mumbai Indians are the three teams that are almost certain to make the playoffs.  LSG may qualify for the playoffs as the fourth team.

Such a un-imaginable and shocking defeat of Top class batting team Rajasthan Royals, with such a bad defeat the hopes of RR for knockout stage is almost overs, because they have only one game to play while RCB has two play two more games. But the points of both team are equal so another two victory of RCB will kicked RR out of knockout stage.
Two changes from RCB almost get the game because both bowler get high number of crutial wickets in early stage of the game as a result they got high margin victory..

The performance by Royal Challenger Banglore yesterday was the best I have seen them ever. RR was literally destroyed.
59 for all teams out? That shit is crazy as hell. I would love to see more matches with less than 120 scores. It makes it more intense as compared to 200+ score.

The group stage games are at the end but so far it is difficult to say which four teams will eventually qualify for the IPL.  Today Punjab Kings won against Delhi Capitals.
By winning against Delhi Capitals, Punjab Kings' points 12 and Rajasthan Royals' points 5th in the points table, LSG's points 13, which means that any of these three teams may qualify for the playoffs. Except for RCB and SRH, all the teams have played 12 matches each, which means that all the teams who have played 12 matches each have two more matches left.
Since RCB has played only 11 matches so far, RCB has a great chance to qualify for the playoffs. It is not possible to say in advance who will qualify for the playoffs until the matches of all the teams are over.

i just checked out Ranking table and i think all four teams already qualified and there is no spot for RCB because despite winning next match RCB will get 12 points while LSG now standing at no 4 with 13 points. Gujrat played well in this session and now on the top in ranking table with sixteen points in 12 matches, chennai on no 2 with 15 points while MI are on 3 with 14 points. MI won last t consecutive matches otherwise they would be no six or seven. This is best chance for MI now to reach final if they win next match.

I think it's the most interesting Playoffs chase in the history of IPL even after 12 matches of each team, there still isn't a single team which is 100% into the play offs and until the 12th Match of alot of them there wasn't a team which was completely out as well. Tomorrow RR vs RCB will mostly disqualify another team from the picture and then CSK vs KKR, CSK if wins might be the first team to enter playoffs and KKR is already out anyways. I think on Monday will get clarity regarding couple of spots atleast. As of now it looks GT and CSK confirm and other 2 doubtful are MI & probably LSG seeing form of both these teams.

Gujarat Titans confirmed the knockout round. Chennai Super Kings need to win one of their next two matches to ensure a place in the knockout round. They will play against Kolkata and Delhi in the next two matches. Relatively weak opponent. For Chennai too, securing the knockout round is a bit easier. On the other hand, LSG, Mumbai, Rajasthan, Punjab and Bengaluru each have a chance to secure the knockout round. However, they must win the next match. If a team loses points in the upcoming matches, they will not be able to finish in the top four of the table. But I think Gujarat, Chennai, Mumbai and Bengaluru will be able to secure the knockout round.

If my prediction is not wrong Gujarat Titans, CSK, Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals will qualify for playoffs in IPL 2023 season. It's just my idea but not that everything will be as I say. Many may wonder why I considered Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals for the playoffs. 
First, LSG have only two matches left where they face Mumbai Indians and KKR. LSG is ahead against KKR but chances of LSG winning against Mumbai Indians are slim.  And Rajasthan Royals have only two matches remaining where Rajasthan Royals are facing Punjab Kings and RCB.  With these two teams, the chances of Rajasthan Royals winning are very high. This is basically why I am considering Rajasthan Royals for the playoffs, excluding LSG.

Rajasthan Royals' chances of qualifying for the knockout round are slim now. The Rajasthan Royals team was defeated by 112 runs against Bengaluru in the last match. Against Bengaluru, Rajasthan lost all wickets by scoring 59 runs in 10.3 overs. I think Bengaluru will be able to qualify for the knockout round. The performance of Bengaluru players in the last match was truly remarkable. Bengaluru's next two matches are against Gujarat and Hyderabad. If Bengaluru wins these two matches, it seems that they will be able to qualify for the knockout round. On the other hand, LSG's performance is now very erratic. The team may not be among the top four in the table.

Maybe the win or loss of this match will not have much impact on the playoffs for any team but it is very important for every team to hold the first and second positions in the points table. The number one and number two teams in the points table usually have a big advantage in the semi-final matches. If the number one and number two teams in the points table lose in the qualifiers, they have one more chance. And no team would want to miss this opportunity.  Because usually anything can happen in T20 game. It is possible to win that match if one or two players of the team perform well. So every match is very important for those who want to retain the number one and number two positions in the points table.
