Although Bangladesh are 7th in the points table, it is not yet confirmed whether they will qualify for the 2025 Champions trophy. England at 10th position are having two remaining matches - against Netherlands and Pakistan. If they win both these matches, then they can overtake both Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Also, for both Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, next matches are against tough opposition (Australia and New Zealand respectively). Netherlands may not qualify for the Champions trophy, and I am interested to know who will be the other unfortunate team to get that distinction.

I don't like Afghanistan's batting. If  Afghanistan want to win against Australia then it is impossible  to win with such  batting. Afghanistan lost 2 wickets in 29 overs  and scored only 136 runs. Afghanistan  scored 4.68 runs per over. Since they lost only two  wickets, Afghanistan might  be able to give a target of 260-280. However  Afghanistan's bowlers  can give a tough fight against Australia if they provide a target of more than 280. There is no way to call the pitch batting friendly. It will be more difficult for Australia to score runs in the second innings on this pitch. But it will not be an easy task for Afghanistan to provide more than 260 targets.

I cannot agree with you. First, it is the Rules. of ICC And secondly, as a result of this, the Bangladesh team could have suffered in two ways. Firstly, if Mathews had played well, it would have been difficult for Bangladesh to win if Sri Lanka had given a big target. Secondly, we have seen in several matches where the fielding team is penalized for slow overs. Ibrahim Zadran and Mohammad Nabi are looking quite comfortable out there. But I have concerns about the Afghan middle-order after repeated failures. It's okay to understand that everyone has their own perspective. In my view, there's no need to be disappointed because Angelo Mathews' timing out was in accordance with the rules. Rules exist for a reason, right? Shakib made the correct decision as a captain. Mathews should have acted more professionally in this situation. He called for something without seeking permission from the opposing team's leader or the umpire. In the end, it's the umpire's decision.

If Afghanistan can score 290 to 300 runs in the first innings against Australia, then I would say that this Afghanistan match is much more special than other matches. Australia have a great bowling line-up, Afghanistan 290 to 300 runs against that great bowling line-up means Afghanistan have developed a lot in their batting. Afghanistan's total is now 259 runs in 47.2 overs, with two set batsmen on the wicket and 16 balls still in hand so I'm considering Afghanistan's first innings total between 290 and 300. If Afghanistan can score 300 runs then this match will be very difficult for Australia. I believe so much that Afghanistan's bowling lineup is much more reliable than its batting lineup.
