Wow what a beautiful comeback Pakistan made today.Especially most of the players in the Pakistan team were not in form but suddenly they came back to full form when they played Bangladesh today.One of the reasons is that Bangladesh team is very weak and their bowling batting is very bad.This World Cup is going in the worst way in the cricket history of Bangladesh.
The way Pakistan are playing today against Bangladesh, it looks like they will win without a wicket.If Pakistan should have played such games against other teams then good things could have been expected.Many expected Pakistan to at least make it to the semi-finals, but that didn't happen.

Fakhar Zaman proved himself that he is a match winner player he scored 81 runs therefore today he got man of the match award he played like a champion actually he was extremely out of form before this match but he played marvellously today against Bangladesh. Finally, let me say one thing that Bangladesh won with Afghanistan was really an accident.Bangladesh could not have won against Afghanistan if it had not happened.

I don't know when Bangladesh will be able to overcome such a weakness in the top order. The top order performed very poorly today as in the previous matches. I can't remember when I saw a better performance than Shanto, Tamim and Hriday in the Bangladesh squad. I don't know why Bangladesh management has given place to these three batsmen in the squad. Consistently they are performing badly, still they are getting a place in the squad. They are not doing well on an important platform like the World Cup. Bangladesh could have easily set a target of 280 today if the top order batsmen had performed a bit better. And given a target like 280, the match would have been competitive. We have seen a completely one-sided match.

Bangladesh's this failure is their worst and it is showing how things are going worst for them not able to have better domestic system and failure of their strategy which needs overhaul but sadly due to political influence we have no good chance for them to have improvement in this event right now they are having just one win against Afghanistan which is surely good but still lost against the Netherlands and having the worst performance with bat and ball is surely not ideal even they have few talented players, but lack of leadership is also going against them which is another factor for their downfall.

Afghanistan which is relatively new side but having impressive record in white-ball format having much improvement but Bangladesh having disastrously situation which need strong leadership and professional management otherwise they could be down like Zimbabwe and West Indies in near future.

As expected Bangladesh batting collapsed infront of Pakistani bowling attack. I still expected them to give a respectable target of 220 runs to the Pakistani batter, unfortunately they got all out before they could have even played their full 50 overs. It would be an easy task for Pakistani batters to chase 205 runs. Unless they do something different as and lose this match. If Pakistan wins today there is still some hope for them get into the semifinals. For Bangladesh it's the end of their World Cup journey.

Pakistan's target of 205 runs. The Bangladesh team lost one wicket after another. In the beginning they lost three wickets. Then I saw a great innings in the partnership of Mahmudullah Liton Das. It did not long. Liton Das had to go back to 45 runs off Iftekhar.  Then Shakib Al Hasan paired with Mahmudullah. Shahenshah's brilliant delivery by Mahmudullah Kew had to go back to 56 runs. After that it was just a back and forth game. Bangladesh were all out in 45 overs. Bangladesh could not show any good performance in this World Cup. This run is not impossible for Pakistan.
 They will be able to pull off the win with ease.

Shakib Al Hasan said that this World Cup is not possible for Bangladesh but they will work tirelessly for the last matches and show good performance even though they played badly in the past matches. But there is no change in their performance, Bangladesh will not be able to win today's match with the target given by Bangladesh. It is very sad not only for the Bangladesh Cricket Board but for the entire Bangladesh that the Bangladesh team is losing 6 consecutive regular matches.

Bangladesh sounds like already lost, they might even get all-out before 200. Pakistan will probably try to play aggresive and close the match early to get that extra NRR and keep their hopes alive for semis.

@Z_MBFM Bangladesh cricket has been on a decline for quiet a while now and I don’t even understand why can’t they prepare a squad of player’s who actually put in some efforts for their fan’s back home. Lastly while this victory will come as a relief for Pakistan but they yet need to win their remaining game’s to keep their hopes up of reaching the semis and now it seems that they’ll actually do their best and probably even reach the semis.

Williamson was playing a match against Bangladesh when he was hit by a throw by Nazmul Hossain Shanter and was unable to bat and when he left the field, it was revealed that he had suffered a major injury and was out of cricket for over a month. May need to be outside.  The World Cup tournament is less than a month away so it is certain that he will not feature in any of the World Cup matches but the management has still kept him with the team. Bangladesh's main problem is their top order. And even in the last 5/7 years they couldn't find a perfect opener. This is the failure of Bangladesh Cricket Board. After the defeat against the Netherlands, I am sure that the Bangladesh team will not be able to win any more matches in this World Cup. The Bangladesh team is the weakest in this World Cup. The team lost the truck after a good performance against Afghanistan in the first match. We have seen very bad batting from the batsmen of Bangladesh team in every match. And since every pitch is batting friendly. So the team is not able to win any match due to batsmen's bad batting. Especially I will talk about the performance of top order players of Bangladesh. Tamim and Shanto can't do well in any match. Also I don't know why Tawhid Hridoy has been kept in the squad. I have never seen any batting more responsible than him in a single match.

Only Liton Das and Mahmudullah are scoring runs for Bangladesh. There is hardly any contribution from anyone else. And they are losing matches primarily because of their batsmen. The bowlers are doing a decent job, but the batsmen never give them a good enough target to defend. Top order and middle order have been performing pathetically ever since the tournament started. The lower order on the other hand have been adding valuable runs. Once the tournament is over, the selectors need to do a complete revamp of the squad.
