Totally agree with this on which it is really that  common for most gamblers that they would really be skipping out this kind of thing most of the time when they do register on which reading up those pile of text will really be just ignored and will check out that check box right away without even tending to read up those important things until the problem or issues do come then this is the only time they would be reading it up again.lol. Im not really that denying this stuff yet im guilty on this one on which most of the time i do really not tend to read up when it comes to tos and i cant blame
out people on having to because reading up a long pile of text is not really something that a very interesting thing to be done, we are eager to play directly even if it means that
we do skip out on reading up those terms in the first place.

That's exactly right and that's the main problem in this board.
1. Gamblers do not like KYC and prefer not to do it, though want to gamble...So they'll agree to a tos, no matter what it says.
2. No one wants to read a long pile of text that they don't understand, which if they ultimately do not agree with, means that they can't use the service they want to.

Social media platforms are a similar concept. "Want to use us? Sure, but we're going to exploit the s**t out of your data and privacy if you do!"
Gambling platforms "Want to use us? Sure, but we'll make you hand over every sensitive document and hold your money hostage in exchange for your privacy if you win..."

"..." and if you lose you can keep your privacy...until the day you win it all back with profit (if ever)"

It's similar to jaywalking, it's the same law everywhere but not enforced in some places. KYC has the same rules everywhere, some casinos don't enforce. Play at the casinos that don't KYC.
