We seem to have a strong resistance in $92K to $93.5K zone. Once we can break it then I think $100K will be quicker then we are thinking. Every price run (UPpity) is different, and the mere fact that there is a bit of a pause, in the lower $90ks hardly says anything about how difficult it might or might be to reach $100k, and surely the fact that we are getting close to $100k can also motivate some folks to purposefully want to push the price above $100k. So there is an interesting aspect that comes from price discovery, which on November 5 was when we broke above $74k and ended up reaching nearly $94k.. and now spending a bit of time pausing in the $90ks. Sometimes there is also a need for a bit of pausing to allow the buy support to catch up and to really confirm that the BTC price is ready to continue its UPpity path - and none of these dynamics or timelines are set in concrete - even though some folks spend their time studying charts and historical price dynamics in order to attempt to scientifically assign odds of movement in one direction or another based on various aspects of the chart, which would also attempt to account for trading volume changes that might go along with various sticking points, and surely there can be macro-happenings affecting price dynamics too, even though surely I am not much of a fan of sentiment, but it can contribute to price moves on the margins.. And, so in the end short term price moves are way more difficult to figure out as compared with having some directional certainties, and almost always we are going to experience surprises in one direction or the other in regards to short term BTC price moves which causes me to frequently label them as 50/50.. even though surely sometimes I might have slight reasons to lean one direction or another including questions about are we in a bull or bear market, which bull market surely adds points (inclinations towards up) and then sometimes if there might be some momentum in one direction or another then the momentum is going to add some percentages too.. ... so even if some of us might start out with saying 50/50, there may be several kinds of things that we may or may not be able to articulate that gets us leaning one direction or another, yet we might not exactly be able to (or want to) articulate each of those reasons that might end up getting overridden anyhow based on some other factors that might not exactly be known. Another confusing point is to have a price in mind and a time target in mind, so sometimes the amount of time might fly by quickly or get stalled, and so it can be difficult to know about both, yet still could end up being correct by considering each of those within a kind of range.. so for example currently we have a run up that really got boosted since November 5 (even though there was a bit of additional run up that proceeded the November 5 lift off), so lets say that all of a sudden we got a 10% or so correction from here.. That correction might end up delaying how long it takes to get to $100k, but maybe it was inevitable that we are going to $100k this time within a certain timeline, such as 1 month, yet the quickie correction ends up adding a few weeks to the timeline, and when we prepare our own personal BTC holdings, we need to be prepared psychologically for either the quicker scenario going up or the slower scenarios going up or even the less likely scenario that we are not going to go up right now and we are going to correct from here back down to lower $60ks.. and so some guys might also make the mistake of assigning equally likely odds to each of the scenarios when truly that would not be the case since we have an asset class that is amongst the best, if not the best, and part of the reason that BTC ends up being so great is that it is in its very early adoption phases, and little by little more an more folks are coming to either understand how amazing it is (more deeper understanding of it) and others are coming to learn about bitcoin as number go up technology (more superficial understanding, yet still an understanding the contributes to BTC UPpity price dynamics). And there are even dumb fucks trading bitcoin.. (or getting involved in shitcoins), and this contributes to bitcoin price dynamics too.. and surely it can be so tempting to trade/gamble bitcoin, so even though I refer to these guys as dumb fucks, I understand how tempting it can be to want to sell some BTC based on a quickie 35%-50% price appreciation. It is like very quick money for some folks, and even if they might regret selling too many of their BTC too soon, right now, getting something like a 70% return within a couple of months (presuming some guys could have bought bitcoin around $55k in mid September and then sold around current prices).... .. so it can become quite tempting to sell and to lock in dollar profits, yet if the momentum is still within bitcoin, the BTC price may well never end up going back down to those lower BTC prices ever again, so then the guys who sold most if not all of their BTC may come to have regrets and we have seen such crazy UPpity price moves in the past, where the BTC price goes up, and then it just keeps going up, and at the same time, a correction could end up happening at any time, but a correction is not guaranteed.. and sometimes the various 5% to 8% corrections along the way are not really reflective of the ongoing and persistent UPpity that ends up playing out.. which surely advantages the holders, whether someone who already established themselves as a long term holder or even those persons who are still getting accustomed to themselves as a long term holder.. .. which can be a diffiucult transition to become a long term holder since there frequently still can be temptations to sell too much too soon. Sometimes even modest stacks of satoshis can really start to feel powerful - and so it can take a long time to build up a stack of satoshis, and times like these end up being a kind of payoff for the very difficult times of the previous ongoing stacking, when so many times, even while many of us are stacking, we are still torn about whether we should ongoingly stack or if we should hold back some cash for buying dips... .. and so times like these likely show that it was more likely better to just keep stacking and stacking and stacking since we can never really know if there is going to be a dip or how much the dip is going to be, yet if we keep stacking at least we can know that we are continuously adding satoshis to the stack that we have so little by little making such stack bigger and bigger, even if such stack might not be really great as compared to the stacks of other folks.. yet hopefully we are not comparing ourselves to other folks, but instead comparing ourselves to other versions of ourselves with a kind of knowledge that "I stacked as much as I could at those earlier prices," and the stacking surely might not end for a lot of folks who might not have had quite gotten to a place of having enough (or more than enough) satoshis. I added stationary bike today for 10 minutes and did resistance bands for 1 of those ten minutes. I used 1 red and 1 black band for each arm pull while pedaling
red is strong 4 of 5 black is extra strong 5 of 5
1 minute of them as I pedaled was a bit harder than I thought they would be. my daily sugar was 93 which is about 4.9 or great .

$100K,Ryu_Ar1,17,1000,2024-11-15 This is my first 1000 in the challenge for the last 2 weeks that I did  Even though this is actually nothing but I am still proud of myself who is lazy to move and lazy to exercise but able to do push ups for 1000 just because of the bitcoin challenge. It's a great experience for me even though at first I still felt very stiff and sore in some of my muscles but now I'm starting to get a little used to it and force myself so that even by doing push ups even if it's only 50 / 60 times a day and coupled with some other sports movements makes my body not as stiff as before because I feel my body is a little lighter and fitter than before. this is a good point I am over 2000. I am at the 100 a day level I am even making an adjustment in the modded style three steps vs down to two steps. I did 84 with hand on the third step and 16 with hands on the second step sets of 25 21 at 3 steps 4 at 2 steps. this is almost too hard. my goal is to get to 100 four sets of 25 with hands on the floor. me thinks I may not ever get to that but I was at the fourth step then the third now a mix of two and three That's very good buddy but it seems too early for me because doing a modified style like this still requires more strength to spur my arm muscles You've tried to do something new and actually even though it's not perfect in the style modification but I think you've been very extraordinary because indeed for ordinary push ups I sometimes feel stiff and want to give up and you've tried this obviously it's already at a level above me. Now before starting the push ups I increased my strength a little by doing the plank with straight arms a little longer than usual. Hitting 1000 push-ups in two weeks is great, and don't see it as nothing because there are a lot of people who can't do 1000 push-ups even though they do push-ups for a month. As someone who is new to his push-up journey, it's normal that you feel pain at some point, but don't allow it to border you. With time, your body will get used to it, and you will not feel that way again. In the next 2 hours I will hit the road for my morning jogging, which will also increase my physical fitness. Yes it's my greatest achievement at least for now but it can't be denied that compared to some people who can already do 100 push ups in a day and even try to make some style modifications it's definitely nothing but I'm quite proud of my achievement. After 2 weeks the after-effects of push ups actually feel much lighter than the early days where there were some parts of the body that felt more painful but now it seems that it can still be overcome although it cannot be denied that the pain is still there. The positive thing is that my movements are now a little more agile and by doing some movements in plank, push ups and some other exercise combinations in the last 2 weeks, my weight has started to loosen up. It turns out that compared to dieting in the end doing exercises like this is much more worth it to lose a little weight. Indeed, push ups alone don't have a significant impact on weight loss because seeing from the article I read push ups will only burn 0.29 to 0.48 calories per push up or 7 calories per minute if you push up in normal conditions but of course this can also be a good option or element to add if you really want to reduce weight while building upper muscle endurance. I was quite impressed that in just 2 weeks at least 2 kg of weight was lost just because I tried to do some simple movements by just running, doing planks and push ups which is obviously a good little addition because from the beginning my goal was just to join the challenge and make my body fitter but in the end there were other results that I got in the end.

Surely pushups can also constitute a fairly difficult kind of exercise to do, especially if we choose to do several sets of pushups every single day... .and so yeah, whether we isolate pushups as the ONLY change in our activities (such as exercise), then surely it is easier to proclaim that there is a causal relation, yet even as you indicated, you had changed some of your other activities too, so there could be a change in more than just one activity (level of exercise), and then the other two main components relate to diet and sleep (perhaps changes in stress level relates to sleep too). Whenever I check the current price of bitcoin and see that #OgNasty dream and good predictions are coming to reality,bitcoin is at $91k now and remember our target is $100k I am happy because when this Push-ups thread started some people see at as waste of time and energy which isn't not......now we are making progress. Forward ever backward never,untill bitcoin reaches $100k 💪

Our goal is not just $100K, our goal is far reaching. For now we are aiming for the price of Bitcoin to rise to $100k to accept the challenge of this thread. In fact, an investor's goal is to prolong his investment, be it eight years or 10 years, i.e. hold patiently until the next two Bitcoin halvings. when this Push-ups thread started some people see at as waste of time and energy You are wrong because when this thread started people didn't think it was a waste of time and energy, rather they joined here with interest and enthusiasm in the early stages. If you have such questions then you can search Google about push ups and its benefits. Although I haven't connected to this thread since the beginning, after reading a few pages I can guess that it is a challenge and many members here are connected and predict that Bitcoin will reach $100k dollars. Also many members are able to take care of their health by doing regular push ups through this thread. I’ve been working on putting on weight recently. I’d probably explode if I stopped exercising and kept up this eating routine. I’ll definitely be taking a day or two off to rest when we hit $100K. I’m not sure what we should do as a group when it does hit $100K, but I’m sure it’ll bounce around a bit and give us a chance to figure something out. I do like the idea that starting this thread has helped this community get stronger. Who would’ve thought? The participation we’re seeing here is epic and this thread is a source of happiness for me. Now to do my last 25 push-ups for the day…

There is no substitute for push-ups to keep your health strong and your arms toned. As we are doing regular push ups our body structure is getting better our fitness level is normal and we can move throughout the day with a lot of cheerful mind. I always applaud this push up competition. I will continue this push up competition even if bitcoin reaches 100k dollars. However, this push up competition is following the rules properly and they have developed a lot of love for the push up competition. I wake up every day at 5:00 am and get ready to do push ups. Every day at 5:00 I automatically feel like I have to do push ups. Today I completed 100 push ups in 3 times.

Maybe on our own many of us have been preparing ourselves financially and psychologically for various upside and/or downside scenarios in bitcoin, and it seems that long term BTC accumulators, hodlers and even traders might have some built in presumption that the BTC price is going up, yet the assignment of probabilities are not going to be the same and at the same time, no one is in reality if they presume a future scenario (even reaching $100k) is 100% guaranteed. Still, all the time, we make plans into the future while likely knowing that we don't completely know the future prior to it happening, but we still have certain kinds of expectations that we plan around as if certain aspects of the future were pretty near guaranteed... at least for example, I might take some steak out of the freezer and tell myself that I am going to eat that steak for supper (at 6pm), yet my planning to eat the steak is presuming that I am still going to be alive at 6pm and other aspects of my life are going to come out as expected, and maybe I will even plan for someone else to make the steak for example if I made reservations at a restaurant for later in the day. Tentatively, I do plan to continue to do pushups even after the BTC price reaches $100k, and I plan to have at least one day of long sets of 20-25 sets in a day.. but yeah, whether this thread is still open or not might affect whether I write about it here.. and then surely we cannot be sure that DirtyKeyboard will continue to run the script and that might be contingent on ongoing participation.... some members have also mentioned opening another thread, and surely whether another thread is needed might depend upon if this thread is closed or if it stays open... It surely could be possible that this thread stays open for a while, including tweaking the OP or the OP title for $100k and beyond, and pushups could well continue to be done, potentially, to try to keep the BTC price above $100k... if that might become a thing, or maybe if the BTC price shoots up to $1 million within the coming months, then perhaps returning to prices below $100k might become less of a concern.
