I will repeat it one more time: I signed up with a different laptop 2 days ago and now I cannot seem to login in my account. When I click on "get started" and I entere my email with which I registered, I am being asked for an email code, which upon entering, nothing happens....it just keeps on loading. Tried it 3 times already and in different browsers....what is going on?

I had the same problem in the past days. Yesterday I gave it another shot and the login finally worked. It can be a hassle sometimes to get into your account, it's true they should look into that problem since several people already reported this.

Just tried again and now the login doesn't work again, haha. Just says "loading" after entering the email, clicking on "get started" and solving the captcha, after like 30sec it goes back to the screen where you enter your email. Tried 3 times now without any success.

In my case it said something about an error and I can't log in. But then I clicked "get started" several times and then it sent the code and the code worked without giving that error information. I was about to contact support because of that issue, but now as you can see it's working for me again.

I get what you're saying, and I agree—this game is shaping up to be another low-scoring battle. Portugal will push forward but won’t go all-out from the start. Martínez's team tends to build up gradually, especially in tight games like this. Denmark, on the other hand, knows how to stay compact and frustrate their opponents. Their defensive discipline has been solid, and we’ve seen how Portugal struggled to break down Slovenia and France in past knockout matches. A goalless draw isn’t out of the question here. I’m expecting a cautious match, and under 2.5 goals seems like the way to go.

I also noticed that occasionally there are difficulties with some minor things like sending the activation code, but very soon everything going to be functional.

I log on to Whale.io regularly and honestly can't understand what you're writing here. What problems are you having exactly?

I can also report exactly the opposite with live support, they answer very quickly and help competently. Otherwise, have you already tried to contact @whale.io directly via PM? Perhaps he can help you more easily with your support ticket and at least try to speed up the answers a little?

They had a problem when creating account by connecting email but now it can't be seen. Initially creating an account via email did not set the username but now it does. Talking about live support I haven't faced any problem so far. I spoke to live support for two days and they were able to provide quick enough support for two days. As a new site they may have some glitches, but hopefully they will fix them very quickly. There is no chance to call them a scam by looking at their activity but they have some bugs that can be fixed

Aside the issue I had with a bonus that disappeared few days ago, I can't really agree with you that the site is this bad as you made it seem or look, maybe it's just you who is still having a hard time getting to understand your way around the site, as a matter of fact, I've played here a couple of times even last week and didn't encounter any issues at all aside the one I mentioned above, that they gave me a bonus and it disappeared just when I was going to use it.

Maybe you can help or explain how should I receive normal answer when my withdrawal will come ? It’s day 6 I’m waiting, other withdrawals work, all requirements were met, I’m recieving next withdrawals but this one is stuck and support doesn’t tell me nothing about it.

Of course the casino isn't terrible, i think labeling it that is going overboard, there are a few issues that some users experience, not all users, because sometimes when people are complaining that they cannot log in, i can from my own end. With time all these little issues should be completely resolved because it is not hard to see how well the Whale team are working on building a name for themselves.
