There are some competitors or ill-wishers in the face of newcomers and try to really discredit a particular casino, perhaps that is why the newcomers are already experienced forum users are wary. I never experienced an account closer before, none of my casino accounts have been closed in the past and for some reason the only time I see such a case is if you hear the casino's side of the story you will know that they always accuse the players of abuse of their term and conditions, so if no one violates the rule, no way that you get such hammer of your account, I guess the reason why I haven't experienced such thing is that I never violate any of the casino's rules.

I think it is more clearer with your point on this matter. It is just clearly about competition and they’re using this as a competitive edge to stop people from using the casino. They’re deliberately doing it since we have recorded only newbies complaining which makes it more fishy that they don’t want to disclose their real identity. Until a proof is provided and the customer support says something about their claim to not be false, they are just baseless facts and just trying to tarnish the image of the casino.
