I don't play crash games, but I have noticed that they are becoming popular and even as addictive as slot games are. I don't think so. Personally, I have always found sports betting to be more entertaining than playing casino games. It's been like that since I was a teen and I doubt it will change now. Have you asked support about it? Although it is not a big amount but it can be said as an important case so I believe only betpanda knows why your cashback is decreased while you did not win significant amount. If I have to guess why your cashback is decreased, there are few different possible reasons:

• It is a correction, maybe there was a glitch in the system which make your cashback shown more than what it should be then it is corrected after
• Free spins affect your cashback, although you won few cents only but maybe the value of the free spins is the case
• Visual glitch on the cashback dashboard which make it decreased

Not yet since it’s just a small amount so I rely on public opinion that might experiencing the same.

I think it might be the correction since I play on games with extra 5% cashback. I already received the extra cash back recently which is a little bit higher than the 5% of my total loss back then.

Regarding this, I also used to think that this game (Chicken Crossing) was a crash-based game because the principles and basics are almost the same. How long ago did you experience this problem?
I tried to check the telegram chat and there seems to be no complaints or official communication regarding the deposits. Maybe it was just an isolated incident?
To be honest, most of the support staff on live chat for most of the services are not that competent. Sometimes they even don't know what is going on.
