I deposited USDT-BSC a few days ago and it was credited instantly with no issues. So it's likely not affecting all Betpanda users, it probably only affects certain users and is usually an internal issue on the casino side. If this happened yesterday then I believe it’s due to the weekly cashback distribution. The casino website experience some technical difficulties during the distribution that resulted for the cashback not to credit even after the countdown was already done.

The support queue line back then is around 100+ which probably inquiring on same issue about cashback. Their deposit might be affected too that time due to that error.
