Has anyone experienced deposit problems at Betpanda? Especially for USDT-BSC... I had an experience where I deposited a stablecoin and it wasn't credited then they sent me an email saying it couldn't be credited but the balance would be refunded... Ok no problem.

Then I asked the support chat they said they were experiencing technical difficulties, then I asked them if this was a problem for all betpanda users or just me? They said they don't have any info on this.

I deposited USDT-BSC a few days ago and it was credited instantly with no issues. If this happened yesterday then I believe it’s due to the weekly cashback distribution. The casino website experience some technical difficulties during the distribution that resulted for the cashback not to credit even after the countdown was already done.

The support queue line back then is around 100+ which probably inquiring on same issue about cashback. Their deposit might be affected too that time due to that error.

That is a bit sad to know. Were you using the support staff from live chat, right? If yes, I suggest you train the email option to write to support (Support@betpanda.io). They might have a better understanding of what's going on vs those live chat guys.

I know this won’t change anything, but you shouldn’t have made a second deposit before the first one was processed. This would only complicate things even more.
