That is a bit sad to know. Were you using the support staff from live chat, right? If yes, I suggest you train the email option to write to support (Support@betpanda.io). They might have a better understanding of what's going on vs those live chat guys.
The only challenge is the replies may not be instant
The refund from Betpanda has been made and I received the funds even though I had to wait more than 24 hours, it doesn't matter what is important is that the funds are back.
But I have yet to get a definitive answer as to why my deposits are always not credited, and to date there is no satisfactory answer either from Support@Betpanda.io.


Well, finally the problem was resolved. They may not have given a specific reason why it wasn’t credited, but the important part is that it’s settled and the casino keeps its reputation intact. More than 24 hours isn’t normal, and I get why it’s annoying. Still, sometimes casinos need time to investigate if their system flags a deposit.

Maybe that payment option just isn’t ideal for you. It might be better to try a different one next time.

Cor the past 48 hours some cryptocurrency payments processors have being having issues with withdrawals processing that is so annoying if I must be sincere with you guy's, I had to change and swap my coins to other network to be able to get them out of one platform like that some few hours ago when it seems that my normal withdrawal method did not work for me, so yes this my be as a result of network issues and not probably from the betpanda site but good to know that everything is now resolved.

I'm sure it's just a bug in your account that doesn't credit when you deposit some amount. It always happens, even on exchanges. Reporting it to the support to inform them early for immediate action. Just like mine on two different platforms: an online wallet and a casino. Bugs like this are pretty common, and they should be fixed by the technical team.
I'm not sure if this is a bug because twice making deposits I get the same problem “balance not credited” they just refund the balance without explaining why each deposit is not credited... it's a bit confusing.

I sent an email to support@betpanda.io explaining the chronology of my deposits not being credited... then I got this reply, obviously a dissatisfied reply, like they don't know the meaning of this issue.

Tier 1 exchanges are favorite targets of governments and they are types of exchanges most compliant with AML/KYC. Not only Binance, other big exchanges dislike funds deposited to user accounts with signals of tainted coins.

This is such an inconvenience since it’s only deposit which probably wants to play in the casino.

Do you try already depositing other currency? To determine whether the problem is on your account or just the deposit option that use during your last attempt.

The Bitcointalk representative of Betpanda can help to clarify this if the live support is unhelpful to solve your deposit problem. Maybe @little_mouse can raise this concern.

Mixers, maybe. But casinos, I don’t think they get flagged that easily. I’ve been using Binance for a long time, tried different casinos, licensed or not, and I haven’t had a single issue with my account. I’ve also used mixers before, though that was a few years back. Lately it’s mostly casinos and some unregistered exchange. Still, I haven’t received any warning or message saying my account was flagged or suspected of anything.

Based on that email it seems they don't have plan to disclosed what the issue is, but I believe for me, it's just a bug, which is pretty common to any platform.
There's nothing we can do but to respect what they said.

I don't think so. Even if I think the funds came from the flagged addresses(with illegal history, m*xers, or blocklisted), I think it should be credited, but the account would be frozen, and the casino would demand some documents.
But the issue is it wasn't credited the common cause is usually on their backend related to payment gateway.

Mixers, maybe. But casinos, I don’t think they get flagged that easily. I’ve been using Binance for a long time, tried different casinos, licensed or not, and I haven’t had a single issue with my account. I’ve also used mixers before, though that was a few years back. Lately it’s mostly casinos and some unregistered exchange. Still, I haven’t received any warning or message saying my account was flagged or suspected of anything.
My assumption was based on cases I have seen that a casino has refused to payout a withdrawal on suspicion of player being involved in fraud , but you are right.. these kind of scenarios are isolated case's but better we ensure we having clean coins to avoid casino's or whoever acting funny after receiving our funds without any kind of fuzz  Cool

It is the reaction of the casino that is important. The refund, in this case, is a good development and demonstrates that they have been responsible. Meanwhile, on the one hand, the customer support might not be aware of all technical specifics; at the same time, the information about whether the problem is fully fixed should be available to them to ensure the transparency and confidence of the user.

I'm sure it's just a bug in your account that doesn't credit when you deposit some amount. It always happens, even on exchanges. Reporting it to the support to inform them early for immediate action. Just like mine on two different platforms: an online wallet and a casino. Bugs like this are pretty common, and they should be fixed by the technical team.
I'm not sure if this is a bug because twice making deposits I get the same problem “balance not credited” they just refund the balance without explaining why each deposit is not credited... it's a bit confusing.

I sent an email to support@betpanda.io explaining the chronology of my deposits not being credited... then I got this reply, obviously a dissatisfied reply, like they don't know the meaning of this issue.


Three days ago, I experienced the same thing as you. As far as I know, the transaction didn't pass the "Know Your Transaction (KYT)" process. I've already inquired about this directly through live support.
To make things easier, I recommend using a new wallet to make another deposit. I've tried it and it worked.

Maybe they are still using it since this is convenient to them and they ignore those risk because maybe they didn't experience those kind of issues.

But the those rejected deposit issue shared by people is good reminder that they should not do those repetitive action, because they might encounter same issues.

Better do counter measures to avoid this issue, since its so hassle to communicate with multiple platforms just to fix this kind of issue. Choose what safe and this could save them to avoid getting trouble with those policies or some actions done by the casino.

I’m guilty to this since I want to convert my stablecoins which I’m using for gambling bankroll to Bitcoin before I will put it back to my personal wallet for storage.

So far I don’t encounter a rejected deposit but I will take this suggestion if ever I will encounter in the future.

I do understand that sometimes direct withdrawal or deposit from exchange to casino or vice versa might cause a conflict depending on the exchange ToS.

My assumption was based on cases I have seen that a casino has refused to payout a withdrawal on suspicion of player being involved in fraud , but you are right.. these kind of scenarios are isolated case's but better we ensure we having clean coins to avoid casino's or whoever acting funny after receiving our funds without any kind of fuzz  Cool
Suspicion is normal, but I hope casinos don’t abuse it. They can be cautious about user activity, but they should investigate quickly and not let someone wait for days without clear updates.
