Three days ago, I experienced the same thing as you. As far as I know, the transaction didn't pass the "Know Your Transaction (KYT)" process. I've already inquired about this directly through live support.
To make things easier, I recommend using a new wallet to make another deposit. I've tried it and it worked.

I had a similar issue with a deposit several years ago with using ripple and the casino I was using said it was because of the platform I was sending from which was an exchange.
It did take 48 hours for them to process it eventually but there was nothing wrong with the blockchain at that time.
With these recent complaints about users not receiving their deposits or withdrawals I know from another casino I was using that there were issues with the Solana blockchain several days ago that caused these problems with delays.
So in that case it was the blockchain that were having issues which was out of the casinos control to credit those users at the time.

I'm not sure if this is a bug because twice making deposits I get the same problem “balance not credited” they just refund the balance without explaining why each deposit is not credited... it's a bit confusing.

I sent an email to support@betpanda.io explaining the chronology of my deposits not being credited... then I got this reply, obviously a dissatisfied reply, like they don't know the meaning of this issue.

I have been using Betpanda for some months now and I would say this is quite a unique case. I haven't experienced such before but may be linked to the AML score. The issue is they are considering it not a big deal but you can just try live chat better to get in touch with support in moment.

My assumption was based on cases I have seen that a casino has refused to payout a withdrawal on suspicion of player being involved in fraud , but you are right.. these kind of scenarios are isolated case's but better we ensure we having clean coins to avoid casino's or whoever acting funny after receiving our funds without any kind of fuzz 

Suspicion is normal, but I hope casinos don’t abuse it. They can be cautious about user activity, but they should investigate quickly and not let someone wait for days without clear updates. When a casino flags an account, maybe most of the time there’s actually a TOS violation. Still, it’s not wise to overuse suspicion if nothing is proven in the end. That only creates fear and pushes players away from the platform.

Really simple whenever you want to make a deposit to the casino don't use an exchange that you know has origins in restricted areas, just like when you make deposits from a casino to an exchange directly you could get your account frozen because of anti-money laundering laws, so it also applies when you make deposits from an exchange to a casino.

Always make sure to make deposits directly from your own wallet, to avoid this kind of problem, a lot of people have lost their money due to such issues with CEX deposits.

I didn’t read all of that, I think it’s just speculation. But I agree with the suggestion above. We shouldn’t send transactions directly from exchanges to casinos or the other way around. Licensed casinos usually have tagged wallets, so it’s easy to identify gambling-related transfers, especially if exchanges are strict about not allowing gambling funds.

Still, we need an update from the user who made the complaint so we can verify whether our suspicion is correct.

Yes, those are just speculations and no one (except the technical team) knows for sure what caused the issue. But regardless of the reason, I support your suggestion that funds should be deposited from a personal wallet to avoid any issues.
It doesn’t cost much since transaction fees are low on almost all blockchains. Depositing from a personal wallet is recommended for several reasons such as cases of refunds where the casino needs to send the coins back to the address it came from.

Withdraw from a casino to exchange; this is the one that most exchanges prohibit. That's why I do recommend sending their funds first to their own wallet that they fully control before sending to exchanges. In my experience Binance asked me where my funds came from, so I provided a screenshot that it came from my wallet. So for safety, send them first to your own wallet before sending them to exchanges.

Like this case, with experience of Hhampuz. Not sure Binance changed something and added terms related to gambling-related fund into their ToS recent years.

Funnily enough I've had some issues with Binance recently, too. I've been using their services for many years, a binance card user as well with decent trading volume. A couple of weeks ago they started spamming me with "Source of Wealth documents needed" - I provided everything I had and after some time they backed off but then I got a warning because "You have sent and received funds to/from gambling services which is prohibited as per our terms". I searched through their ToS and they make no mention of gambling services, anywhere. When I pointed this out the reply I got was "This is our terms, do not receive funds from any gambling services or you will be banned".

Generally let's be very careful with fund stored in your accounts on centralized exchanges.

I’m guilty to this since I want to convert my stablecoins which I’m using for gambling bankroll to Bitcoin before I will put it back to my personal wallet for storage.

So far I don’t encounter a rejected deposit but I will take this suggestion if ever I will encounter in the future.

I do understand that sometimes direct withdrawal or deposit from exchange to casino or vice versa might cause a conflict depending on the exchange ToS.

Then at least use a KYC-free exchange to do it, or P2P exchange it with someone you trust. I do it sometimes right here on forum with some trusted Legendary members (I send them stablecoin, they pay for me something in BTC). Or vice versa.

The ToS is usually on the exchange side. Coinbase for example has it in theirs since 10 years (no gambling related allowed).

Oh well, I made a deposit after seeing this post. I was trying to place bets on live games since it was the last day to submit my entry; however, the odds were changing too quickly. I ended up not placing any sports bets. Since I had a lucky experience with the Betpanda originals, I thought I would give them another try, and I went for Mines. I would say I was kinda unlucky today, or a little bit careless. I placed some high bets and ended up losing my entire bankroll on Mines game. If this scenario is true, why is my wallet being suspected if the issue is with the wallet itself? There hasn't been any criminal activity.

Centralized exchanges can proceed withdrawal for you quite easily and they mostly care about your deposits, source of your fund as far as I know.

Yup, the centralized exchanges doesn't care to which address do you withdraw the money but they only care from where the money is coming to the exchanges. I don't know if Binance has this policy that they dislike the deposits from the gambling sites because what i heard that would allow deposits from unlicensed gambling sites, mixers also the sanctioned entities.

But it is always better to put an intermediate wallet in between the exchange and the gambling casino, so the money doesn't flow directly from the casino to the exchange.

They simply don't want to have your account linked to gambling activities so it goes either way, depositing and withdrawing. That is the whole point of those "security checks" as soon as you have made a withdrawal.

Also by sending funds directly to a casino from an exchange, Imagine your funds are stuck, and they are trying to ask you which service you are sending the money too 

These days casinos are also strict with AML, sometimes more than even some crypto exchanges, so I don't understand why funds from gambling are demonized by most crypto exchanges

The reviews or restrictions can be sometimes caused by incoming transactions by mixers, authorized wallets, or some gambling websites. This is the reason why a non-custodial wallet is the favorite of many users between the exchange and the casino. It provides an extra distance and contributes to decreasing the level of compliance problems in the future.
