As any other big casino, Betpanda has some people that complain about it. The reasons can different. Some people lose their money because of bad luck and then blame the casino. Others have problems with withdrawing and hurry to complain before their case is resolved. Others feel like they were treated roughly by the support and so on. Yes they were and along the line they fall and if they want t rebuild their casino they have to create a thread for apology and settle all the outstanding debt and do well but before they will regain their trust, it will take time because when BC Game came back and created a thread to apologize and pay all the outstanding debt. People started to trust them, unknown to us they were green snakes in the green grass so that nobody will notice them. Their target now is the newbies and the gamblers that don't know them.
