Any chance you would consider LTC(scrypt) pool with as much merged mining(no idea if there is any) as possible? I need to move my GPUs to scrypt since BTC is on limit of profitability for me now...
PPC or TRC with merged mining is possible. there's no scrypt merged mining coin atm.
No, that's not possible. PPC & TRC use different blockchains than BTC.
http://cryptocur.com/ppcoin-ppc/
http://cryptocur.com/terracoin-trc/
yes, they are different chains, but merge mining one of (btc/ppc/trc) + nmc is possible, as long as the block format is the same.

OK only ASIC USB left on this pool Sad

I know it is a long shot but anyone has 7870 LTC mining? Without HW errors I can only get 320KH out... But then again my miners were not planed for LTC since they are mix of carts... It could be just that...

Sure, now i use absolutely new login "sh_ttd" on pool, old one "SHTTD" skipped.
Devcoins were sent.  IXcoins are way under the minimum withdrawal amount on cryptsy. If the next round ends in time to earn enough btc to meet the bitparking minimum withdrawal of .01 I will send you that also.

Your DGM finally discharged so your BTC was sent.

Didn't realize I had crept up to 2nd place for hashrate (once my miners have been going long enough).

However, it's been brutal watching us approach 100% on the CDF...  feels like we might actually get there!  Tongue

What does CDF mean and how is it calculated?
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cumulative_distribution_function

Basically, it shows the odds of a block being found now. Around 60% is when you reach the current difficulty in shares. It will never reach 100% because you can't know for sure when you'll find a block, obviously.

Thanks for the explanation. Looks like we're on another long round again. CDF is currently over 71%.

Yep, rough week... hopefully, our luck will change next week Smiley

I would think 50% would be the "target" time for the middle of the bell curve, yes?  Not sure what the comment about 60% meant.

I think that 100% luck is something like 63,somthing%... And this is an average... So it is not that bad now...

But it is easy for me to speak since I'm mining for PPC and FTC at the moment... PPC is curently about 6 to 7% more then BTC and FTC is like 160% more but can only be mined on GPUs...

I assume something's up with the pool.  My hashrate displayed on my account page is 81% of what is displayed on my BFGMiner screen.

It's only been this way for a half hour... perhaps a restart has occurred?  My concern is that the hashrate displayed on my account page continues to drop each time I hit refresh...

AND WE'RE BACK!  100% hashrate displayed in both places... sorry for the scare Tongue

I was travelling overseas and was without internet for longer than expected to release the payments, sorry. Now that I'm back I'll work on automating that process as a priority.

Thanks for the explanation. Looks like we're on another long round again. CDF is currently over 71%.

Another way to think of it is that with the work done to this point, 71% of the time you'd have found a block already.

Of course that also means, 39% of the time blocks will take at least this much time or longer. The median is around 63%. Half of all blocks should be found below that, half above that.

And it stinks but long-term on average, 1 out of every 100 blocks will take 99% CDF of time to finish. Those are painful. But you are equally likely to land a 1% CDF fast block. Smiley

Is there any way to direct more payout to a certain coin or is it just a plain equal across the board. like 25% bitcoin 25% devcoin, 25% ixccoin and 25% namecoin? was trying to get more namecoin and less ixcoin.

those coins have different difficulties to mine with. NMC/IXC/DVC are merged mining with BTC, you use the same hash to solve 4 coins. if you want to get more X coin, add more hardware, exchange with BTC.
